yes, there does need to be one, but it should be embroidery cause it doesn't really work with PVC. I think that it would be better as embroidery, imo.

Resolutions are kind of doomed to failure by human nature. Even goal setting is suspect, because we don't change if there's an option not to. If you're the least bit comfortable as you are, you're more likely to cling to that than change the way you live.

That said, I want to do keto again, be more consistent in workouts, walk more places, and get my ass out innawoods more often.

I'm not saying people can't intentionally change, what I'm saying is it isn't as simple as just saying you're going to do it and summoning up energy from the motivation dimension to fuel your progress. Intentional change requires restructuring everything around making that change, which is why if you're comfy it's not going to happen. The weaklings you're deriding don't have a reason to change because they're comfortable, even if they're complaining about it. Someone who lifts themselves out of a situation like obesity, drug abuse, shitty living conditions, etc etc had to come to a deep understanding that they aren't comfortable and change is necessary, then make structural changes to everything about how they go about life.

Resolutions are generally comfy people mildly dissatisfied with something about their life whining about it and feeling good that they said they're going to try and change it.
