Cyrillic alphabet is more complex and has significantly more characters than the Latin one.
Because of that, letters take more space on a regular keyboard, while punctuation symbols, which are easily accessible in the Latin layout, have to be moved further away from where your hands hover around when typing.

Russia had a wonderful experiment in communism. It rivaled the experiments everywhere else in the world. It's too bad they showed communism itself is a farce. I'm glad you picked that kind of argument because I'm not going to define what's mental illness, and what that is to an extreme or not.
Under a typical democracy I think we need to throw out the opinions of felons and career criminals, most of them are mentally ill.

Well fuck obviously if you're gonna execute people it should be humanely done. It's easier to refine the science of a human execution. Removing the head is the most painless way to do it that can be done repeatedly. You know the mass of the object, and it's height, force times mass, you get an outcome that's very easy to determine. So if you had someone trying to swing a sword or axe it's kind of variable. If you get a guillotine the mass time force you can test out on pig bones, they're comparable except hardier. Right or wrong, doing it humane is the right thing to do. Hell when the head comes off there brain is going to function for a while or whatever, but it's really not any worse than if it didn't pop off. It's probably better because it all ends where the connections are. If they were going to get poisoned or something, they can sit there and tug and jerk around while it runs through their system. It's just really no where near as much as just taking it off. Then there is no chance for them. Maybe their neck hurts. Not many other endings or receptacles to talk about.
