Not sure about UPS, but a lot of tracking websites allow you to change the delivery location using a tracking number. You might want to delete that...

Oh, I have a really nice dewalt hand drill, just don’t know if my hands are steady enough for the precise cuts/drilling needed to make a non fucky lower. And there are some pretty precise holes needed for the trigger slot as well as the selector hole, hammer and trigger pin holes, etc.

Muh lower, now I just need an upper lol.
