PTR C93 was fine for the first 150 rounds but now it’s stovepiping at least once a mag, if I can’t figure it out I’m going to sell it for another AK

>Unscrew grip
>put adapter on
>Screw grip back on
>Screw in buffer tube
>Slide brace on.
That's it.

The SB Tactical braces all just slide onto an AR buffer tube, so their AK versions just come with a crappier buffer tube grip adapter thing.

Buy this: usmachinegun.com/proddetail.php?prod=AKDRC-UG
A pistol buffer tube of your choice
And the brace of your choice.

You could ALSO buy
usmachinegun.com/proddetail.php?prod=HLLP-ARFLT
usmachinegun.com/proddetail.php?prod=FLT-FOLD2 or stormwerkz.com/stock-folding-mechanisms/stock-folding-mechanism-standard/
atlanticfirearms.com/products/kgb-stinger47-with-tailhook-mod1-brace

If you wanted to avoid the buffer tube look completely.

Whats a good scope mount and a simple but also durable 2x-3x scope for a WASR10?

RS Regulate Mount + ACOG of your choice

man I want a bakelite mag

My fucking state is gay and I'd have to potentially ruin it to limit its capacity though :\ and I cant bring myself to do that

bet that sucker would look good polished up

Are you the AKfiles guy with the double UF and a fuckton of these?

Haven't you heard? Quad rails are back baby. Get your bendy boi 3 gun rails outta here.

No. A few sellers have been selling an absolute ass load of these cases over the past few months, no clue where they're all coming from

Attached: 20180429_082304.jpg (2266x2265, 3.35M)

still better than desert tech :^

Any MDR with problems are all consistent
Seems like every C93 has some sort of issue and they're all different ^)

seeing as all other rails got blown the fuck out by that SOCOM test, id say quad rails are still the way to go for a combat gun.

Move that fuckin thing forward

>everything needs to weigh 15lbs in 2019
>max mag capacity, max rails, max accessories
What happened to having a light setup that didn’t fatigue you before you even took your first shots?
I don’t even like an extra pound of optics because it hurts my offhand shooting inside of a couple hundred yards.

>quad rail
>for a hand stop and light to be used on the bottom only

why? aesthetic?

Attached: LONGBOI.jpg (1459x870, 59K)

Is the triangle really so uncomfy you need that pad? Also where to buy pad if so? I'm having my local gunsmith build me an folder soon and deciding if I want an under folder or the triangle because I like the aesthetic

hey you gave me lots of great advice, esp the penetrol

I felt like an idiot lubing up the grip in body oil

2 rounds of the penetrol made it shine like a mofo

Those grips look great, what was the story behind em?

LOP, noslip, and optic height

It looks dumb
And the amount of optic housing blocking your view

Attached: AKOG.jpg (4032x1784, 2.7M)

are these East German ?

are the ammo boxes? Or business card holders?

leesmags.com/search.asp?keyword=grips

dirt cheap and not too beat up either. They have all sorts

does that say norinco?

The chinese made these? Doesn't Norinco produce for the private market ?

Theyre pretty rare

Attached: Snapchat-1642952273.jpg (720x1280, 322K)

I want one of those but not for the price theyre selling for.

Did not answer a single one of my questions but thanks for the pics

The GP25 pad adds LOP and prevents the smooth sheet metal from slipping, the SVD pad makes lining up with optics much better

According to Gunbroker, they are Geiger counter housings.

interesting....

I wonder if they might have residual radiation left in them?

Why does the Spetsnaz's AKs always look cooler than our AKs bros? How do they do it?

Attached: alpha (2).jpg (1200x800, 157K)

looks like a fat larper to me

they actually use them

because they had to rape and be raped for the chance to use one

FSB officers are THICC because the salary is THICC, but i was talking about the gun itself.

Are these shit tier or GTG?

atlanticfirearms.com/products/aam-romanian-barreled-receiver

Looking at the Romanian AK74 on Atlantic - thinking about buying one but I don't like the stock. Anyone know if it's an easy swap? It looks like there's a normal tang at the back of the receiver.

good thing i just traded 2 wasrs for one nib, 5.45 is pure sex, it's hard to explain why it's so fucking great unless you fire a 74 for your self

>believing boomer u.s propaganda

it's 2019 not 1980 gramps

2009 happened user.

Attached: 1545685410770m.jpg (1024x561, 185K)

I almost got one. They seem to have good reviews but I dont know anyone nor have I seen anyone on here get one. Assuming because for $50-100 more you can just get a complete rifle, or even a Wasr10 for the same price.

Link it? If its just a normal straight stock then ot shouldnt be an issue.

Attached: 1546840542266.jpg (567x742, 212K)

We're in 2019 already?!

Sorry, it's this one: atlanticfirearms.com/products/romanian-aims-74-rifle-bfpu

Okay, yeah. If I am correct, which I am almost sure I am, then you are right. That would be the PM90 style wire folder which has the tang and can be replaced with a fixed stock no problem.

That said, the Wire isnt as bad as people say and I actually enjoy it a lot. You may find the same. Also, wires make even a 16 inch rifle way more compact and maneuverable.

I've never shot one but yeah it looks pretty awful. Then again this will be my first rifle in 5.45 - I guess the recoil is gonna be near non-existent after shooting this NPAP for a year and it trying to rattle my teeth out of my head. I'll try it out.

Imo(not that you care) quad rails look great on AKs. And they are durable.

Attached: 1430809947028.webm (640x356, 2.6M)

I personally love my wirefolder in 7.62x39. You might be pleasantly surprised.

A while back, several, several threads ago, I asked about optics and one of you recommended the acog, but idk which model in supposed to get, is there much of a difference?

trijicon.com/na_en/search/search_results.php

Looked like that from the factory, just stuffed full of fiberglass and very dry. That yellowish grip actually started to absorb oil from just my hands it was so dry, and when I put a little penetrol on it it went from light yellow to deep red
Cant use them currently because so much fiberglass is exposed it flakes off into your skin but I'm too lazy to seal them currently
Geiger counter box. Full soviet sets go well over a couple grand
Yep Norinco bake. Made from a resole bakelite as opposed to novolac like AGS4 iirc. Not really that rare but you certainly have to go our of your way for them
Definitely get the larger one if you choose to, these are just too small to hold 30 rounders

Other pic of the bake
Seconded

I run the low version of the TA44 1.5x16s with the ACSS reticle on an AK and like it a lot, it's like a red dot that is still fairly easy to shot at longer ranges. The 3x24 TA50 with the x39 reticle would be another option if you wanted something with more magnification.

Cool, I'll look into those two models. Thanks user.

What gun is it and what is going on there?

Triangle is super comfy. You don't have to worry about it slipping if your not a fag.

yea other than the cold cheek i like my triangle more than my 100 series folding stock

those grips look so dope and unique you gotta seal them

I'm stuck in California for a couple years due to work. I'd like an AK but will it have to be "California compliant"? Do I have any decent options?

How does the PT-3 stock work for lefties compared to right handed folk? It looks like it would be way more comfortable to use left handed.

What should the ejection pattern on an AKM look like?

I understand for most a wasr would be a better choice for most but with the changes I wanted to do to the ak I would be removing all the parts of the wasr that that barreled reciever is already at.

Strong and at about the 3-4 o'clock position in relation to the ejection port.

do not comply

Attached: 1541456334335s.jpg (225x227, 9K)

yes.

p sure eotechs are supposed to be mounted as far forward on the reciever as possible. that's what the little card that came with mine said.

alight, ill try it out

Attached: 5.56bois.jpg (1200x1600, 228K)

>hmmm, possibly a partial serial number 3487 on trunnion
we got him boys

Attached: atf.jpg (576x1024, 64K)

Has anyone tried out atlantic's battlefield pickup rifles?

You mean the brillo pad rifles?

So guys, now that a certain tripfag posts here often, what would be a good barricade to hide behind when he brings his 104 inspired ak to the range?

Attached: 640px-BarreiraNewJersey.jpg (640x480, 69K)

Does anyone have the picture for stacking golden tiger in a 50 cal can

Will yugoslavian underfolding stocks work with romanian mounting hardware?

AR fag here, looking to getting myself an AK. What does Jow Forums recommend as far as manufacturer, caliber, variant, etc

5.45 looks intriguing but I feel like I should be getting a 7.62

>Step 1. Get uncucked AK and full30 magazines from Nevada/Oregon/Arizona
>Step 2. Drive out to desert
>Step 3. ???
>Step 4. Profit

>5.45 looks intriguing but I feel like I should be getting a 7.62
You're right. Best starter AK is a WASR. If you want to spend some more money WBP Fox is a good choice.

Just open it and stick a piece of wood to make accept whatever amount ur state allows.

Why do I feel like WASRs always get shit on

>implying the memoirs of soldiers in the 2000s didnt include rape

Same reason sub 1000$ ars get shit on by gucci fags. Also old WASRs were shit and the legacy lives on in peoples minds.

Attached: DSC_0018.jpg (1672x940, 723K)

Because they're babby's first AK. Also they don't have magwell dimples and the furniture they come with is absolute garbage and needs to be replaced.

Man I love the way the longer zenit rail looks on AKs, and eotechs are aesthetic imo. Residually the shorter models.
