They should have an M-80 toss, where you throw big firecrackers and try to blow fish apart. You can even take pictures of the fish guts in your hands with a smile. A high but reasonable entry cost covers concussion damage and fish deaths. Oh, and decontamination for all the oxidizers used in the firecrackers, since fish are kinda sensitive in a small water sample environment.
