How much money are you willing to spend?
If you're willing to spend 2 grand you can get a robot that can mill out as many 80% lowers as you could ever want
Or you could get An 80% lower jig (basically some pieces of metal that you attach to an 80% lower and it tells you were to drill and cut using either a drill press or a hand drill and a router
Stripped lower assembly videos can be found on youtube and the only tool commonly used are some Alan keys and maybe a armorer's wrench that cost like $30

Stripped lower, of course. It doesn't take any tools to attach a complete lower to an upper.

Also, paying a gunsmith to complete an 80% is pure retardation. The whole point is to have an unserialized gun, which it would not be if an FFL07 manufactured it. Most gunsmiths, by the way, wouldn't be able to help you, because they're not licensed manufacturers.

yea the mount has some adjustment points to it.

That reciever is literally the Aero M4E1 lower with a different rollmark.
You can also get one from ballistic advantage with their rollmark.
So sure it's good to go

Can I get some can recommendations? For .300 blackout, want to keep it compact and lightweight but also reliable and quiet enough to shoot without ear protection.
