It was the 7th(?) AR I've built, first one I've had this happen to.
I chambered a round after cleaning it like I always do to put it away in my closet by my bed, as soon as I let go of the charging handle the gun went off. Disconnector had sheared.
My left hand was grabbing 6" in front of the mag well, and my right hand was still holding the charging handle when it happened.
