In a cucked state, the idea of a "truck gun" is about as alien as private sales or concealed carry.

That being said, would truck a Commercial or Bulgarian Makarov; or more likely find a beat-up old S&W Model 10

Well if you're going to have it under a console ready to use, why not a PD trade-in Glock or a Canik TP9? Maybe a S&W M&P or a SD9, I regularly see those go for like $250 used. You just need to mount a holster somewhere out of sight/mind.

If it's a trunk gun and you're not limited to a pistol, why not a shotgun like a Maverick 88 or a PSA AR-15 budget build?

OP here.

WTF?!

I was literally about to fill out the credit card info and it says the shipping is 52.96?? lmao

okay never-mind i don't need a tokarev

The m88 is literally the same thing you posted, but in a normal caliber and with less slide bite.

This. My lgs has a ton of .40s they can't get rid of. Departments are going back to 9mm. You should be able to find used .40s cheaper than Eastern block shit because no one's collecting 40s.

Also .40 isn't as bad as the memes would have most people believe. They kick a little more and ammo costs an extra ~2-3$/box, it's readily available during panics too.
If you get a Glock you can also get a drop-in 9mm caliber conversion too. I have a 3rd gen G23 with a 9mm barrel, although I use it in .40 configuration for protection and most range shooting anyway.

oh wait im retarded i had 2 in my cart

>be year 2109
>be gun collector
>want a Makaro
>search high and low because rare as fuck
>finally find some Romanian mak in bleh condition
>not even all original
>what the fuck is up with pony grip plates? Must have been a girls gun once
>9000 credits
>damn
>too bad everyone treated those old milsurp guns like shit because they were once cheap and abundant

I suspect it's no coincidence that Mass is a 10 round state and S&W is headquartered there, and they invented the .40.
In fact I think the .40 was supposed to get the market back from Glock, but it backfired when Glock came out with a working gun even before Smith did. I bet Ted Kennedy got the FBI to adopt it as pork for the company in his state, but since it didn't actually work (it took 9/11 and the m&pARs to finally make Smith relevant again) you never hear about it.
Just my theory, could be totally wrong.

>pony grips
>must have been a girls gun
Oh boy

Don’t be a fucking hipster. Just buy an LCP and be done with it.

Sounds about right, but it was a compromise on the 10mm auto to begin with, so I feel like it was competing in the wrong weight class.
I do like the cartridge geometry, though. Nearly perfectly cylindrical. A .40 P90 could have been popular.

Here you go.
Well under $200
Spend the rest on a bunch of ammo
>or buy 2

save $50 bucks more and get a brand new Ruger Security 9

That's not a bad idea. Buy a small box of each brand and find out what's reliable in it.
Ammo priorities are always:
>Reliability
>Efficacy
>Price
In that order.

zastava grips always remind me of zingers

Wait a second, it never explicitly said to take the toothpicks out

Not going to lie. That looks fantastic.
Would be good as a lettuce wrap, too.

I love the TOK in 762 but a 357 SIG does the same job as does a 30 Mauser. Any round that exceeds 2000FPS is as useful. 2000 is the magic number

There are pretty neat aftermarket grips you can buy.

I wasn't implying that's a bad thing. It's a good look, just makes me think of zingers is all

So...you shill alot?

I don't even live in the same country as the company.
You can also get wood grips.

Where did you get that original trigger? They are out of stock at SARCO and Apex.

Zastavas aren't milsurp, they still make them new.

Get a proper fucking holster that is comfortable enough to drive with. Leaving a gun in your vehicle could get you in legal trouble if it's stolen and used in a crime.

What use is 357 sig when you need a 10 inch barrel to reach 2k fps?

Don't leave it in your truck. A vehicle is not safe storage.

This
Hi point is a pretty good choice.
But zastava is still cranking out toks, so those new ones are fine.

M70A is 9mm version.

But I’d get 7.62x25 just for the lutz.

I might eventually grab a new production Zastava, but I like my surplus one a lot. The crest is fucking nice.

Where do you buy the new production ones? Do they sell them in 7.62x25, or only Mak?

Don't live around niggers

Yep, the m70a is the 9mm version. And the M88 is the 9mm version with a beavertail.

I mount mine where it's most accessible for my purposes and move it to a safe if I can't take it with me.

Taurus G2C. Brazillian glockoff

get addicted to building p80s and you will have no shortage of handguns to squirrel into every possible location you can think of. you can also buy parts in affordable sub-$200 chunks over time.
