This pretty sure they're banned. I thought these were cool as shit when I use to play black ops all the time and tried looking into getting one. Closes thing you could get is they have some knives that the handle doubles as barrel that can load a round in it and fire. Those are probably NFA kind of items though I never actually see those for sale anywhere just a few examples of older stuff some military units used decades ago. Really shouldn't be any different than like a pen gun kind of thing except it's got a blade instead of a pen tip though if you could find one actually.

this guy is correct, you used to be able to buy a ballistic mace from shomer tec. it was a ballistic knife that shot a knurled chunk of metal instead, then further down the page you could buy a knife with a tube handle. that was in the 90s though and i've never seen one in the wild.
