I moved around the side of the car when he pulled that shit out and put my hand on my gun. Like wtf that's just not acceptable to me.

>people trying to trade old duur guns that are less than what I am selling
>trying to sell me shit that is at the price of my rifle while asking for extra cash since they have accessories
>people asking if they can buy it, I agree, never hear from them

The only person I've had a good experience with on ArmsList is a dude selling me some surplus 5.45 ammo and some RPK bakie mags.

>buddy finds a surprising good deal on a Cz evo 3
>Folding stock, pistol brace, extra mags, lots of ammo
>$800 below market
>In two of picture the seller has the laptop with badge issued to local DAs.
>buddy calls me to check it out since he is multiple hours away in the same state but the seller is close to me
>Call seller ask to meet at an FFL or public place to look over the gun
>Seller says no.
>Point out the state requires universal background checks and has a mag ban.
>Lol man why do you care what the guberment thinks?
>Ask what stock is on it.
>The folding one so its an unregistered SBR.
>Ask if there is a tax stamp.
>FucktheATF.jpg

I noped the fuck out of that one.

>be me 18
>go with my dad to buy some kind of old repeater rifle my dad saw online
>dad hands he him phone and asks me to put in the directions while hes getting on the free way
>house is close to 45 minutes away with only one neighboring house
>get there and guy is super chill
>inherited property from his grandfather and was a foreman in construction so got to guy hella shit
>go into his house
>holyfuck.jpg
>looks like an armory
>walls are covered with rifles
>takes us out back with the repeater and we shoot on his range
>end up being super cool with him and hang out for a few hours while him and my dad drink some beers and tell stories
>ends up really liking us and invites us once a month to go up there for a bbq and shooting

You missed out, faggot.

>tried armslist once
>message guy about buying his tt tokarev which he posted for 180 in great quality with 2 spare mags and a a custom leather holster
>he was super happy but really pushy about me meeting him after dark since he got off work around 9
>wouldnt meet anywhere else but his place which made me nervous
>decided what the fuck its fine and tell him okay
>tells me he can only meet that night
>decide to take my tank of a brother in law with me
>get to the guys apartment and it looks more like a converted motel
>all the rooms are super close and it has a basic layout
>he opens the door as we pull up and waits for us
>hes some black guy wearing clothes way to big for him
>taking off my seat belt brother in law grabs my arm and tells me to wait
>look over and the guy is standing there with the door only open wide enough to see him a little bit
>brother in law tells me its sketchy and that he doesnt like this
>really want the pistol so I tell him to just watch my back
>we both get out of the car
>as were walking up the guy sees my massive brother in law and goes who is this I thought it was just going to be you
>red flags
>brother in law shoots me a look
>tell him hes a friend
>guy tells me he has to wait outside because he doesnt want to get robbed
>fuck dude whats the fuck
>brother and law says okay
>as Im walking to the door the guy moves over and I see that his place is completely dark inside and the only light is the light coming from the door
>right when Im about to enter I see someone in the back for a split second
>I stop in my tracks
>guy realizes that I saw and grabs my shirt and tries to pull me in
>I grab the door jam as my brother in law grabs my waist and pulls me out
>lights come on and two other black guys rush to the door
>it swings open and they come out looking ready to fight
>they see my brother in law standing right next to the door
>brother and law punches the first black guy and it makes the gnarliest thud sound Ive ever heard

>resists every tingle of his spidey sense in the persuit of slav shit

The absolute state of Jow Forums.

>like punching a stump
>guy crumbles
>I back up towards the car
>brother in law is throwing a fury of punches
>hear a loud shot inside the room from the first guy
>brother in law pull his carry revolver from his ankle
>guy tell us to get the fuck out of here from inside his room
>I get in the car and yell for my brother in law to get in so we can get the fuck out of there
>he gets in and we speed out of there with two of the fucks laying on the ground out
>on the way home I get a shit ton of threatening texts from the guy
>call the cops and report him
>police contact me later and tell me only guns in the room were a poorly sawn off shotgun and a cf 380

>relaxing

>having interactions with blacks
you did this to yourself

>LEO or district attorney flagrantly ignoring the law
Nah user that's bad news even if it isn't a honey pot.

>Sell 10/22
>"Dude I totes want it"
>Cool, I'm free anytime after 4pm, when is good for you?
>nothing ever again

>Guy has SS Mini14 and I had G26. Meet him 45 minutes away in Walmart parking lot at 10pm.
>Exchange guns and talk for 20 mins
>Become buds

>Meet dude, selling some 7.62 to him for his AK
>Nice guy, but had been drinking some.
>Pulls out AR pistol and tells me all about it. (Was before they really became a thing)
>Tells me if I want milsurp/sporting rifles, he has a cousin that is a junkie, but its cool because he will open his granddad's safes that has tons of funs when no money for drugs (inheritance). He had just bought a Browning A5 for $200, but I passed on the greasy situation.

I've made ALOT of Armslist deals most I break even, some a small profit, a few steals
>Traded a Beretta 92 for a Colt 1908 .380
>600+ rounds plus wood crate of China Jiing pre ban steel core ammo $100
>Traded a basic model Kimber for an M1 Carbine
I honestly can't even remember all the deals I've done. You really gotta browse and check it multiple times a day for a good deal, like fishing. Sometimes you'd be surprised what people will be willing to trade for , never hurts to ask. Old Colt's/SWs trade like gold in my area. Occasionally people get on their in a pinch selling stuff for well under market or not knowing what they have, that's when you gotta pounce

Yah this is why I don't fuck with Armslist deals under $400. You gotta weed out the shitheads. I mostly deal with SWs and the guys I meet are usually older boomers with money. I arrange the location, take the ease off. Usually middle of day at Best Buy. Only deal I made under $400 was a Ruger LCP I bought new for $120 and listed it for $175 I believe, and it was the only"iffy" deal I did, mostly because it was a young guy and he was nervous as hell and it showed. Other than that all my Armslist deals have gone smooth, and I've never has the any of the horror stories I'm reading here. You gotta have some intuition on there, you can't just go wondering in the wilderness all Y-yyou ttoo. I've probably done close to 40-50 deals on there buying/selling and I've never had a horror story like I read on here

I'm about to put some guns up, none are worth $400. I'll just put that I want $400 for them and see where it gets me.

>I don't fuck with Armslist deals under $400

I am learning this I think. I bought an older Taurus 38 for super cheap because I'd never fucked around inside one of those older ones. Had my fun and slicked it up real nice. If it wasn't for the tiny shitty sights(nickle no less) and the super skinny trigger I'd probably keep it but decided to sell it and put that money towards an LCRx. I've never listed anything for sale less than $300 and it's a non-stop parade of illiterate fucks sending me emails. I know if I take it to the LGS when I go to buy the LCRx they would probably only give me $150 max for it so I'd be losing money on it but goddamn I don't know if getting $100 more in a private sale is worth the bullshit.

Never used Armslist but have a few odd other stories.

>Selling generator on Craigslist
>Deal goes fine; guy's getting back into his car
>Reaches under the seat and pulls out a Star .45
>"My kids just got me this, what do you think?"
>"Uh, nice gun"
>"Thanks, bye!"

>Buy factory folding Mini-14 off Gunbroker
>Gun looks great, seems to work fine
>Playing with it that night
>Cycle action, pull trigger, CLICK
>OK fine
>Cycle action again...CLICK
>WTF
>Had to remove a shim some nitwit put in the disconnector to give it a fucking binary trigger

>Selling gun on local shooting forum
>Talk with guy, agree to trade for the gun's gun
>Show up to meeting and he's with his girlfriend
>Gun is actually owned by girlfriend
>Girlfriend takes my gun
>She doesn't say anything the whole time, only the guy
>I have no idea if this was a straw purchase but it seemed weird

This doesn't even seem weird to me, my gf is the same way and I have today eal with most social situations for her. A gunsmith has had one of her rifles for like 7 months now and she won't call the guy because she's scared to talk to him on the phone. Gonna just do it myself later this week.

Yah the lower the price point, the more idiots you gotta deal with. Also if your doing FT you'll get alot of I got 1 Mossberg, a box of .243s, and an old hubcap type trades. If you're gonna list something, always check trades first. You really never know what someone else will be willing to trade, and it never hurts to ask, maybe even a little cash on your end. If you end up trading up, you can relist your new gun on there, or keep it. The key is to continually try to keep trading up, even if the price difference is small IE $50.

Kek

>Slavboos, when will they ever learn

i've bought 4 guns off arms list and sold one. Never had a problem other than the few low ball offers. but to be expected selling online.

Not a story but look at this shit:

armslist.com/posts/9470261/huntsville-alabama-handguns-for-sale-trade--loaded-bug-out-bag

I still order my girl's food in restaurants for her lol

>Dude has Micro Desert Eagle posted for $250
>I message him, ask for info
>he messages back like normal person
>he cancels a few times because family things came up
>meet him finally
>buy the gun
>go home

This is my only armslist interaction

What are you listing and what state are you in ? Can always do OBO(or best offer)

Isn’t that entrapment and this fake and gay since there is a federal law being broken in and of itself by offering for sale an NFA item when you are not a licensed FFL who is legally allowed to do so?

>selling AR barrel
>finally after weeks of low balls guy wants to meet and trade
>he wants to meet at a high school across from my work
>sorta sketch but its legally not a firearm so whatever
>take off on lunch break toward school on a saturday
>entire parking lot is full
>send guy text telling him where I am and what vehicle
>guy in dress blues starts walking toward me
>pleasant exchange ensues and chat about his blues and turns out there is a JROTC drill meet today
>tell him to give the LtCol my regards

Junky probably sold off the guns to criminals and they're all rotting in math dens waiting to be transferred to evidence lockers when the inevitable raid happens. You missed out, brah. You could have given them a good home.

My only interaction on a armslist was this:
>list gen 4 glock 19 for sale
>guy asks to trade his RIA tactical 1911 something
>meet up
>trade guns
>go home

My glock was worth $500 at best and his was worth $600, msrp was $699

>the chad SP101 buyer
>has everything in order, inspects and gives money after blessing the weapon
>carries revolvers like a true man
>doesn't need some fake plastic wonder 9
>only needs 6 rounds to kill anything near him
>replaces old gun with new one without saying a word, giving no regard to the weakness of those around him
>would have killed gun seller Texas Dead in an instant if he drew his gun out of fearful reaction

>The virgin gun seller
>drives all the way to meet the gun buyer, doesn't force him to come to his house
>hates trap rap and doesn't believe in the right to keep and bear arms for all regardless of what music they listen to
>fears the sight of a gun and reacts by wanting to pull his own out

>SP101
>6 rounds

Try again Jamal

Only eve bought stuff from out of state shipped to my local FFL. Never once had even the slightest bit of funk or dishonesty in any of dozens of transactions and thousands of dollars sent to sellers. *shrug*

>not carrying the most patrician SP101
Feel free to commit suicide right now.

Read that through as "guy in blue dress" first

I'm so fucking glad I don't have to live around niggers anymore.

Not an Armslist story but I have an infuriating Gunbroker story that just happened a few weeks ago
>be me, C&R collector
>find a cool old WWI-era Lee-Enfield used by a cavalry regiment in the Middle East
>breddy gud condition, must have been stored in its mummy wraps for a long time
>being sold along with a bunch of other antique guns from an estate sale
>message him before I bid asking if he's cool shipping to a C&R FFL holder
>says it's fine
>win the auction
>contact him about payment and shipping
>get a call a few days later when my money order and shipping info got to him
>"You need to give us an actual FFL to ship to, I'm not doing anything illegal here."
>wat
>guy tells me that he won't ship directly to me even though I'm a C&R FFL holder
>says he'll ship to a C&R FFL but it has to be someone besides me
>tell him to go fuck himself and that I want my money back
>get the money back but he put a strike on my account for failure to pay
I fucking hate retarded paranoid fudds. Although more than likely it was just some retarded auctioneer in Ohio that knew absolutely nothing about gun transfers

Attached: 1449619865974.jpg (243x251, 7K)

kek
fake and gay. Niggers aren't intelligent enough to know anything about a relatively obscure (to the average American) Soviet pistol. If he was trying to lure someone into a robbery he would have put up an ad for some piece of shit Hi-Point or something.

Not true gang bangers in the 90s had Toks, they were aware they Pierce Kevlar. I even saw an episode of cops once where some black dude ditched a gun in the bushes and if was a Tok. Not saying it's a prevalently used weapon, but some of them are familiar with it

Nobody gives a shirt Burt

>gang bangers in the 90s had Toks, they were aware they Pierce Kevlar

Bullshit they had them because they were cheap as shit before the Chinese arms import ban.

Didn't know that. In that case, it's possible the negroid was trying to lure in older niggers that would be less capable of defending themselves. Clever girl...

Thread's called "Armslist stories," post Armslist stories my very good friend :)

Lowballers are the scum of the earth, everybody knows that.

>isn't that entrapment
No you amateur attorney, professional retard, and part time nigger.

You might be surprised if you left the internet to find out, all black people, even in the hood aren't completely fucking retarded, and some of them do know a bare minimum about the weapons they carry/sometimes use on a daily basis. Probably more than some LARPer on Jow Forums who will never do anything more with his Tok than drink vodka while cleaning it, and autistically screech cyka blyat

i give a shit cause it puts these beta male stories in perspective

I did above your post cockbag
Are mine. Now kindly pop smoke and head back to your containment thread. Thx sweety

> all black people, even in the hood aren't completely fucking retarded
That's were you're wrong. Nobody gives a shit about the outliers.

He hasn't even done a deal on Armslist, he didn't put anything in perspective. Gee thx Burt, none of us Armslist users have ever ordered through an FFL transfer

5% of the population(black males between 15-55) commit 50% of violent crime. Feel free to roll the dice on your own transactions bro. I don't need the money that bad.

>trying to sell my SW 1006
>current prices demands at least 1000 dollars
>every fucker on the planet trying to trade me shit I couldn't ever want like fucking game consoles and other nonsense, trades for garbage guns
>yea I'll give you this old gen 3 glock 17 and 400 dollars
>yea I'll give you my nintendo switch and my henry repeater in 22lr

Perfect!

Best way to mitigate this of you're worried, is strike small talk via email while you're working the deal. Try to get a feel of his verbage. Look at the email name. See if there is a signature in email, boomers love signatures. If you're dealing on Armslist, don't deal with shit under a certain price point, sharks smell blood in the water

No, entrapment would be the cops forcing you into doing something illegal, it can't be entrapment if you do it willingly.

Based and gun pilled

Those sick fucking math junkies, fading out after some uncut trig

Putting "firm" in your ad limits a good deal of those kinds, but some idiots will always persist

>AUTHENTIC MITCHEL MAUSER K98K BEAUTIFUL REFINISH 999$ RARE

Ok nigger lover

there are some fucking people that don't deserve to live.

>especially for him
>he pauses for a second
>"Damn, I guess that's why we're in the news so much."

>End up winning glock 19 at work
>already have 2
>decide to post on armslist
>figure 350 is reasonable for fast cash
>first guy offers 150
>tell him to eat shit
>second guy offered 10/22
>tempting but already have a couple
>third guy asks if I could do a payment plan
>lolwut no
>tell him i want cash in full
>"c'mon man I'm a broke single father. Need something to defend my kids blah blah blah"
>tell him I'm not a gun store
>says he can do 50 today and 50 every other paycheck
>wtf
>tell him to fuck off

Days go buy and no one is biting
>get another email, same poorfag but different email
>"I got 150 and some rims for trade"

And that's why I don't post on armslist anymore

>nobody has traded their imitation crab meat for a gun
:

>not using your metric ton of imitation crab meat for catapult ammo

shame on you

>have bought/sold several firearms on armslist
>have never had any issues with anybody that I've met for a purchase

Am I the only one? The most annoying thing is that people always seem to just stop replying, as if they changed their mind.

350 shipped and I'll buy it.

Had a dude offer to trade me a 10 year old lawn mower once for my 1911.

Actually hold on. What gen?

You deserved worse for being so fucking retarded

>used USP 40
>title reads “USP .40 Tactical”
>no threaded barrel, no high sights, slide clearly just says USP 40
>$1000

>emailed a guy my phone number
>called me about 20 minutes later
>answered some basic questions about the gun he was selling
>agreed to meet an hour later at a local gun shop
>inspect it in his car, shows me everything it comes with
>fuck yea, hand over cash
>walk inside do transfer
>shake hands
>peace bruh

You fucking neets are the only people that have issues because you are the reason red flag laws exist. Functional adults will have no issue on armslist.

HKfags don't need anything else to drop $1k.

>not using your metric ton of imitation crab meat for biological warfare.

Sun and moon

Why can I already tell that you're fat and pretending to be a nig?

>selling boomer guns on the internet where only poorfag 18 year olds and faggot millennials shop

kind of your fault desu

All good
First time
>local business starting up that uses armslist
>single barrel shotgun for dirt cheap
>I getthere and it's in a very nice part of town, but they are literally running the place out of their garage
>NFA items, rifles, handguns, all over this garage (they were 100% licensed)
>they now have their own store and sell some really cool stuff
2nd time
>list my AR for trade
>give a no bullshit description to weed out the people trying to trade fishing gear
>get a text withing 45 minutes
>meet the guy later that week and do the trade
third time
>see a Beretta Nano for cheap
>text the guy and get a quick response
>meet him a week later, he checks my ID, I get the gun and go home
most recent time
>guy is listing a BUNCH of 7.62x39 and misc. Kalash accessories
>grammar is iffy but the guy doesn't sound sketchy so I go for it
>make the drive and get there
>oh god it's a Boomer
>guy ends up being a Nam vet and we shoot the shit on homemade booby traps and NFA items for like an hour after doing the trade
>pleasantly surprised

Just make your descriptions blunt and to the point if you are listing, and if you are buying inspect all the photos carefully, contact the seller multiple times to get a feel for them, and DO NOT BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR MORE PICTURES... nobody who is not trying to scam you is going to be afraid to send more pictures to a potential buyer if they actually want to sell the gun. I called out a guy trying to sell me a fake Maadi this way.
Armslist is a really useful site.

Fucking kek, sounds like an ok guy.

hopefully you learned your lesson.

>dont deal with shady nigs
>dont go to niggery places unarmed, at night to buy cheap ass shitty guns
>shoot all nigs on site as soon as its evident they are trying to rob you

I used their site once, they wouldnt let me take down the listing.

Customer service was non exisitant.

Dude was cool and we did a ffl to ffl.

But they are still trying to bill me for the shitty service. Its been almost a year.

If you want a gun, just go in the south and buy a long gun and drive it back.

Christ. I always meet in a gunstore parking lot or a grocery store lot for this exact reason

>>"Damn, I guess that's why we're in the news so much."

i lold

>Not Heart Gold/Soul Silver

I had people try to trade me binoculars and other stupid shit when I listed a pellet gun on CL for $60. Fucking weirdos.

Underrated post

>billing you for armslist
armslist is free stupid ass

Underrated post. Keked

This desu. There's some hood dudes that are disturbingly crafty

haha reminds me of this

>post used AR upper on armlist
>exchange emails with some guy 30 minutes away
>seems alright, ill throw in two 10 rounds pmags(ny) for them driving to my place
>not worried because of a variety of reasons
>they agree, show up
>it's some 6'3 310lbs camo wearing bro who inspects the upper
>hands it off to his friend who is actually buying it who immediately gets starry eyed
>is also like 6'2 300+lbs
>'I'll take it!'
>so excited they forget to take the magazines, charging handle and bolt
>never message me back
>totally find interaction and nothing crazy happens, we exchange goods and money and no one bats and eye
New york ya'll.

Another non-armslist story
>talk to butcher-bro at work about shooting
>has plastic 700 remington
>'I've only put like 6 rounds through it, I'd sell it to you for like 400'
>this doesnt sound bad
>go out to his truck in the middle of our populated parkinglot with elderly and children walking around
>he pulls it out of the bed of his truck where it's been rolling around for the last 3 months
>rusted to shit, somehow waterdamage showing on a polymer stock
>hands it to me, I clear and aim it up to check functions despite the gross rust
>'n-nah no thanks man, its rusted to shit.'
>hand it back to him
>realize family and two lone shoppers are staring at us in the parkinglot
Whelp

Yes Alex, I’d like to take “Things that never happened” for 300!

Horf

>be me
>look on armslist and see PTR-91 being sold out of Tampa for 600 including a few mags, and about 250 rounds of .308.
>tell the guy I’m about an hour away and ask if he wants to meet half way.
>”sorry friend no can do, you have to come out here my car is given me trouble right now.”
>bit hesitant but he tells me we can meet middle of the day in a parking lot.
>drive there on a Sunday and park in the corner of a Lowe’s parking lot.
>he pulls up in a King Ranch F150 so I figured he wasn’t a total degenerate and got out.
>”mind if I look over the rifle before we get this going?”
>he nods and opens the back seat door to show me.
>all is good until I notice it’s not a PTR but instead a century arms Cetme clone.
>tell him that he said it was a PTR.
>”oh no friend it’s a CA, same gun though honestly. I’ve been around guns a long time it’s the exact same internals”.
>autismmaxed.jpeg
>figure since I’m already there I’ll make an offer on it.
>”well what are you willing to take on it?”
>600.
>decline the deal and drive off.
I know that 600 isn’t a terrible price for one, but I don’t want some shitty CA rifle when I was told it would be a PTR.

I've never sold anything on Armslist but I have bought guns off of it before.
>be big milsurp fag
>want a cheap K98k to shoot with
>gunbroker has every beat to shit RC K98k go for $600+
>fuck that
>create a want to buy ad on armslist

>respond to all three, the first two never reply back
>third guy does, has a Yugo capture K98k with cleaning rod, bayonet, and sling
>ask for pics, he sends pics, all looks good
>asks for $400 + shipping
>deal.exe
>he ships it to my FFL after receiving my money order
>get it a week later
>happy.jpg
>see pic related

Recently had something weird happen to me though.
>browsing armslist
>see m/38 swedish mauser for sale in a different state
>ask my standard questions of do you ship, what's the bore condition, etc.
>says he has never shipped before but would consider it
>sends me some pics, none of the bore or crown though
>ask for bore pics
>he tells me to make an offer before going through the effort of taking a bore pic
>offer $375 + shipping and offer to explain how shipping works
>says he would appreciate an explanation
>give nice detailed explanation, include links in case i missed anything
>ignores me for two days
>email him and ask what's going on
