Basically any semi modern firearm honestly. I wouldn't take some of my older guns out for concern about rust, but beyond that I have faith any gun in my safe would be fine. I live in Colorado, I shoot in the cold frequently and so far so good.

Based on cold weather testing some ak varient. A sig is creme de La crop, valmet aren't far behind. Jewlils are pretty nice and aks are great if unrefined. Just don't buy American aks.

Mossburg 590. at these ranges buckshot and slugs would reign supreme, and a pump action shotgun is a absolutely reliable weapon.
