A gun
Probably a Hipoint
AUG
literally made for use with winter gloves and dead reliable in the cold.
An M1917

Basically any semi modern firearm honestly. I wouldn't take some of my older guns out for concern about rust, but beyond that I have faith any gun in my safe would be fine. I live in Colorado, I shoot in the cold frequently and so far so good.
Based on cold weather testing some ak varient. A sig is creme de La crop, valmet aren't far behind. Jewlils are pretty nice and aks are great if unrefined. Just don't buy American aks.
Claymores hidden under a foot of snow.
My choice?
Mossburg 590. at these ranges buckshot and slugs would reign supreme, and a pump action shotgun is a absolutely reliable weapon.
Probably this.

Sako RK 95
Valmet M76
Galil ARM
I need that whole gear setup for today. -28 F is not fun with my current gear.
Any Soviet design, really.
