Why not use Chinese way of air drop? Very efficient and economical. Also very little damage compare to that bounce of cargo. With very flimsy American tank, it will get damaged immediately before being used.

reuseable rocket boosters. It uses less fuel than the American plane uses just to go low and drop one tank at a time. Chinese super bombers carry 5-6 tanks and drop them at the same time, more economical and efficient. Just goes to show why China is becoming the economic super power of the world.
