here's my lightweight 20" build, gunstruction runs like shit on my pc. I would probably swap the a2 stock for an ACE skeleton and the upper for a slick side, but those options weren't available on the webapp.

is there an issue with mounting shit there? a lot of freefloat rails connect flush with the receiver unless you need perfect tolerances to get the mount on there, which I doubt

rails have flex, the upper receiver doesn't. you will not notice it in your hands but your optic is much more likely to lose zero if mounted on the handguard.
