It's a kriss vector extension kit. That particular one is a 45 modified to work with the standard glock 10mm mag. They just announced the 9mm and 10mm versions of the kit and standalone mags this past shot show, so no need to modify the 45 version anymore.

I own a c9, i paid $25 for it, i was basically doing the guy a favor.. but shit man... it works. its ugly but it is what it is. i havent had an issue, ive probably put like 200-300 rds through it too

I'm an expert on this subject because I'm a polymer80 army-rejected shithole loose organ manlet pit wall washer who tried to buy a 10mm completion kit, but I'm curious past my prime, did you simply use the glock 20/40 magazine body for the 45 ACP baseplate extension mount? The dimensions of the 20/21 frames are the same, so I'd imagine the "conversion" would be that simple. Is this a 40 round 10mm magazine, or 33 rounds as the website says?
