Got any details (size, embroidered/woven etc.)?

2.5” wide and 3.5” high at least (just the right soze to fit on a uniform sleeve) and embroidered would be pretty cool since there’s not a ton of intricate details.

Some welcome additions would be a coconut bikini and my unit name in cursive somewhere on the patch

Here's a first version of that. I've grown annoyed of my watermark, so I just use Badger's for now.

Note that this WIP version already has some more detail than the source material, but I'll add some more to it, such as individual feathers. I also have no idea what kind of bird it's supposed to be - the source material looks vaguely pigeon-headed - but I decided to make it some kind of eagle.

Since there's some overlap of wings and shield onto the white border, I've decided to make that part of the design - there's still a clean 4mm merrowed border.
