I'll take a pump-action as my go-to gun for anything, but one of my dream guns is the SPAS 12

both

Hot

Sweet fuck

But what if I donk my head on the headboard and get a shotgun slap me on my stupid face

This is exactly what I want
Is the SPAS as much of a bitch to deal with as I've heard?

>pump for exotics
>semi for slug and buck.

Just Get a pump shotgun that can slam fire

duh

It likely is, im pretty damn sure it cannot cycle for shit in semi.

>Pump or Semi?
no

I pumped your gf last night

Sears and Roebuck special eh?

Not nearly as bad as people make it out.
The fact that they "cannot cycle for shit in semi" is mostly fuddlore.
Which came about because dumb-asses try to shoot light target loads or birdshot through it on semi and then complain when it doesn't cycle right.
In semi-auto, you need to use buckshot or some other heavier loads since lighter stuff won't cycle the bolt all the way.
I've only shot federal buckshot through mine and I haven't had a single malfunction yet.
You can still shoot target loads through it if you want, you just want to shoot it in pump mode to make sure you don't have any issues.
They do need to be well-taken care of as well though.
The original rubber buffers that were installed in them over 30 years ago have deteriorated by now so they need to be replaced.
Thankfully SPAS-12 project is manufacturing replacement parts for them and keeping the guns alive (mine included.)
He actually recently went to Battlefield Vegas and fixed all their rental SPAS-12's they had with new parts and got them running again.

Is that a silencer?

>tfw autistic or hipster

I want to buy a SPAS 12, and I can with my job, but I'm saving up for a Colt Python. Going to have to save up about 3 months in advance, though.

>SPAS 12
I assume you already know how much of a piece of shit it is, seekng as it's your dream gun?
Not knocking it, I'd buy one as a display piece or something but it is a terrible shotgun

I want one, yeah, but true. When I buy one, I wouldn't use it a lot, but I would still love it. But not use it more than once a month or so.

Not him but the SPAS-12 is also one of my dream guns. I know full well it's a meme gun but I wouldn't be using it for serious business anyway.

Tiny gat or giant toes?

Nigger wtf is wrong with your nails
At least get cutters or some shit and trim those
How the fuck do you even manage to wear boots

>can with my job
Woah there high roller how about some money for your old pal zoidberg

For target practice pump for the satisfying sound of le cock. For self defense semi because less can go wrong.

But because I live in Libifornia, its alot easier to use pumps for anything because of more lenient magazine laws. There used to be a law that stated there was no limit for tube-fed SG's but that might be moot now I'm not sure. Plus I think there are some cases where semi-auto SG's have 4 round mag limitations, like when you use them for hunting.

This.

A Mossberg 930 is fine for home defense, and perfectly California-legal.

Not yet, Zoid. Gotta save everything to get the Python and the motorcycle.

All shotgun actions are great and deserve love

it will hit the back of your head

Is a single shot 20 ga a good option for a light weight hunting weapon? I'd like to be able to take deer, ducks and small game with the same gun if possible.

Ill smack you on the back of the head

Pump if you want reliability and be able to use special rounds

Semi if you want rate of fire and you're going to be using buckshot or slugs

No. It's a stabilizer that only added a whole 2 pounds

Break action obviously

>take gun out
>pistol whip wife

With a barrel like that you'll be shooting birds at contact range every time.

i came

Pump, always pump

Pump me daddy owo

Semi, pump if on budget or want to shoot exotic loads

why not both?
Theres a Benelli M3 for sale near me for $1000, do yall think thats a good deal?

>wife

based

If you're okay with it kicking far harder than you expect it to, sure.
>first shotgun was a little NEF 20ga with 20" barrel and 3" chamber
>weighs a hair over 4lbs
>except I was 7 so dad had to cut like half the stock off it to fit me, dropping the weight to 3lbs
>fast forward to about halfway through duck season and dad's wondering why I have a horrible flinch
>he shoots it once
>"oh"
I still have it now. Glued the cut-off stock section back on. It's the single most unpleasant shotgun I've ever fired, it literally hurts to shoot and has more recoil than either of my 10ga shotguns because it weighs fucking nothing.

SxS, faggot.

What make/model is that wood one. I would pay the stamp desu.

Seconded. Would love a wood SBS like pic related.

>not single shot break action
never gonna make it

Is it just me, or do single-shot shotguns have more recoil than other shotguns? My friend got a Winchester single-shot 12 gauge from a neighbor, and he complains that the recoil is always too much for him. And my friend is about 6'4", whereas this gun weighs about as much as most normal shotguns, and it isn't that light. Why would they have more recoil?

definitely both

How old is the gun? I remember the first time I went trap shooting I tried both an old double barrel and a newer pump (both 12 ga, same ammo) and the felt recoil on the double barrel was much worse. I assume it's because the older gun had a very thin, bare wood stock. The newer gun had a wider stock and a built-in rubber pad.

Lever.

honestly, I'm giving-up on SGs

Manually operated firearms kick more than semi auto because there is nothing buffering the recoiling force

Are you pre- or post-op, my xir?

Top and 2nd from bottom are beautiful

>Pump or Semi?
How about you come over here and pump my semi?

That's a 2.5" chamber. If you want slam fire get a M-37

get a 20ga 3", equal to a 12 ga when you need it

NO!

Yes please.

My benelli supernova with fudd-14, literally has no recoil for a 12g shotgun

It's a Winchester Model 37. It had a leather recoil pad taped on, but it's not working. Probably because he's a hardcore redneck with slight fudd beliefs who bubba-rigs half his things.

Oh, okay. Thanks.

I took my 1897 take down apart, as in taken down, and cant get it back together for the life of me.
