Women have a place in the workforce, and there's lots of things they can do, but the matter of fact is that some jobs demand some particular standards for strength and endurance which pretty much no women can actually meet.
A fireman has to be really strong, a soldier needs to have a lot of endurance, but time and time again, women who try to qualify, fail, and not rarely do they just get snuck past the standards in spite of not meeting them, which is just not acceptable.

A woman will not be able to build the same muscle mass, will not have the same bone strength, and will not be able to develop the same endurance, as a man can, that's just a fact.
