I couldn’t decide which is why I have both. The ultratech is definitely a better edc and you have more blade options so I’d go with that if you can only justify buy one.

Autos just became legal in my state so soon enough I'll grab an ultra tech, they're sparce tho. Thats why I picked up a piranha DNA for now. Cheap and would recommend

I'm in the market for a new knife.
4" maximum, no assisted open in my state.
$100 Max Budget. Rather not spend more than $50. The last knife I bought was an Ontario RAT I think, though I lost it... somehow.
I'm not looking for anything flashy.
That said, I see that Cold Steel has a folding Kukri for $65:
And I'm not too well versed in knife stuff and whether or not their stuff is overpriced or not. It certainly looks very cool yet tasteful.
