As a former 240 Gunner I disagree, the ROF sounded sporadic and inconsistent, like a bump stock. Not denying the whole shooting makes no Fucking sense and there's alot of mystique behind it, just like a lot of the mass shooters. I was in a Jow Forums thread while it was actually happening. Downloaded some audio and analysed the waveform myself. Was able to calculate a rough RPM and worked out based on the pauses that he was using 90 round magazines (during that audio at least).
