It can't "easily ignite" unless you leave a whole mess of it in a reactive metal (not aluminium or stainless steel) in humid air for weeks. Even then, it's fucking flash powder. There's a reason they use it for kids fireworks. It doesn't detonate, it deflagrates very slowly without external pressure.
It's not gonna "disfigure" anybody's face, it would take a heap of the stuff packed in there to even blow the can apart.
