HB 95 amends their laws about prohibited persons so that antique firearms are included as well and HB 96 amends their previous law about private transfers to include what cases of loaning a gun fall under the law and which ones don't.

If you control for all other factors including race and income, people who grow up in single-parent homes are the #1 demographic that gets involved in violent crime. Most inmates came from single-parent homes. The lack of discipline and attention from another parent (most often a father) creates kids who don't know how to behave, and they seek personal affirmation from destructive sources.

Also, the claim that "black people commit more crime" disappears when you control for metropolitan areas. It's a gang problem.
