Germany gets stomped within weeks. France and Poland share Europe before Russia gets involved.
As far as other theatres go, Italy doesn't even have the time to switch sides before they enter the war, Hungary fucks with Slovakia for fun, Romania jacks off in the corner and Russia stomps the Finns because no amount of Simo Häyhäs can stop Hinds with thermal optics and the slavs upped their artillery and tank game since the days of the T-26.
Now, barely scratched Poland and its French and reluctant British allies can go fight Russia along with smaller allies like Belgium, which will be a hard fight but will eventually lead to the Russians winning.
Of course, the Italians will join the Russians halfway through the war.
