The one that fits your hand the best and is in your price range.

G26

Glock 19 is never the wrong answer. Depends on how you are carrying desu.

Yes

Ghost glock 19 using reloaded bullets.
>don’t have to fill out forms

Best 9mm for EDC is a 10mm Glock 29.

Alright, seems like either G19 or G26; I'll do some more research on my own. Thanks Jow Forums

Best is subjective. I edc a G26 or P365 in light clothes. And a G17 or G20 with more outerwear or while fishing or hiking. Also I carry a LCP when not wearing a belt etc.

Step 1: Pick a proven model from a reputable company.
Step 2: Shoot it.
Step 3: Evaluate. Can you shoot it well?
Yes: Good job your done. No: Go back to step one.

Congratulations you just picked the best 9mm for you.

I have literally never carried or shot a less comfortable gun

Ok caliberlet

>the best 9mm
Ford is better than Chevrolet is better than Dodge is better than Ford.

20 in a shoulder holster all day, but trying to carry a 29 iwb, holy shit you need to buy pants a size up just to accommodate it. And a 29 further than 10 yards with hot 10mm, not gonna happen, especially under pressure

>357 mag
>the biggest
>not 44
>not 7.5 brno
>not 9x25 Dillon

I carry a beretta px4 storm, and I like it a lot. I can't say what gun is best because I haven't shot/carried them all, and it's a childish, vague concept in the first place.

HK P7

is it
>reliable
>comfortable
>at least 10 round capacity

can you
>shoot it well
>carry it well
>afford it

I carry a few 9mms, CZ P01 Omega, Glock 26, Glock 43x. It all depends on the clothes I'm wearing and where I'm going. Don't underestimate the importance of being able to shoot it well. You may love a certain guns aesthetics, but if you can't shoot it reliably and comfortably you're doing yourself a disservice.

Seriously OP.

How you will carry matters too. Park ranger inna woods would be able to carry big iron. An "unarmed" security guard might be better off using a snubnosed revolver. A business man who wears a suit every day could easily conceal a bigger handgun like a G19. Etc. Etc.

Police trade Glock 19 gen3

...

FNX-9 cocked and locked

Glock 19, 48, 26, or 43, depending on how small you want the gun to be

>44
Only autoloader it's in is a kike gun
>7.5 BRNO
Does anyone here even own one?
>9x25 Dillon
Meme round

any 9mm 1911

Might as well carry a brick in your pocket too and a bout 4 extra mags. Get with the times grandpa its not WWII anymore.

what is the point of a 1911 in 9mm if browning hi-powers exist?

I've had fantastic success with 155gr XTP.
luckygunner.com/10mm-auto-155-gr-jhp-xtp-hornady-20-rounds

unironically an m&p shield, glock 26, sig p365 or g43.

Do you think the extra few rounds is worth the width?
I'm between a subcompact double stack and a single stack like a 26 and 43 as a light weather or general carry.

In a stressful situation where you might find yourself shooting and scrambling for cover/distance at the same time or against more than 1 bad dude, 6 vs 10 capacity makes a huge difference imo.

Glock 19 with +2 mag base. Gives you 17+1 in chamber, granted you don't have trouble concealing or carrying it

get yourself a tactical daisy .177

P239 is best ccw

how small do you want your gun to be? that's pretty much the first question.

Not OP, but I want a gun that ideally just fits snug at the 4 o'clock and won't bulge with a form fitting shirt.

Whatever you want. Im looking at a CZ p10s right now. Slightly bigger then then the g26 but at a good range where its never too uncomfortable to shoot and easy to Conciel
Definatly fits the bill into people like me where the G19 is a tad bit too big and the G26 is a tad bit too small.

Its kind of a meme imho to worry about anything past say 10+ for a CCW. Most fights end with 2-4 shots. Considering this your not having a wild west shootout in a realistic scenerio

You can always do as you please but i just see the bigger double stacks to be kind of pointless outside of the range, war, or even home protection considering you arent carrying it on you. And only a hindrance on your waist due to bulkyness and weight.
Again, do what you want, i just consider it to be pointless

Just get a Glock 17 you stupid faggot.

I either open carry a Jericho 941 or a Hi-Power, but a cheeky astra 600 for cc

Probably one of the higher end Kahrs

No longer in production including the mags for it.

Make a list of good carry guns you like and go to a gun store to see which fits your hand best. Even better if you know someone that'll let you shoot theirs. There are shit loads of good pistols, but they might not all be for you. Glocks are good, but there are better and cheaper alternatives these days. Outside of a bigger aftermarket and cheaper mags, I see no reason to not go for the M&P 2.0 guns over a Glock.

And you can use standard glock mags

SIG still sells springs for it and will perform any maintenance needed if you send it in. The P225-A1 magazines will work in it.

Walther P99C because decocker
