Neither will the GOA with the lobbying power of a tic tac.
But user, don't you know that angry autism on a Mongolian tapestry forum will accomplish way more than the NRA's army of trained lobbyists with unmatched political connections?
Got my lifetime membership today, actually.
Good user!
>Why haven't you joined the GOA yet?
I have.
>NRA won't do shit for you.
Are you a juden or an idiot goy who's too fucking retarded to even know what NRA and NRA-ILA does? Anyway, either educate yourself or kindly shut the fuck and quit listening to shabbos goys.
I don't join organizations that confuse gun rights with fighting a culture war.
wait did they culturally appropriate the natguard logo
thanks for the reminder. I just sent some money.
That's literally the same thing, you fucking retard. The culture comes first, then people vote based on their culture, which is called "politics."
I'm waiting for some results
good goy handover your bumpstocks, please donate to the NRA to help reelect Marco Rubio, to protect your right to go hunting.
those who control the culture control the politics are you a fucking boomer? enjoy your red flag laws and semi-auto ban.
see
What has GOA done about bumpstocks you low IQ goy? Why haven't they stopped the bill?
WHAT THE FUCK HAS YOUR DONATION TO GOA DONE FOR BUMPSTOCKS?
Please do tell us!
That's like saying you're holding off on supporting a startup company until they get some investors.
I'm a member of the GOA, NRA, and NRA-ILA. Anybody who tries acting like one is great and the others are shills or something are fucking retarded. The GOA doesn't have the muscle and pull of the NRA but they take a more hardline approach to certain issues, which is great. The NRA isn't as "radical" as the GOA, but they have the political connections and mainstream support to actually accomplish shit to defend your average gun rights. You should support both, regardless of whether you think one is better than the other.
GOA is suing the ATF, NRA supported the ban, encouraged Trump to ban them, and then when Trump and NRA found out this was unpopular the blamed Obama for the ATF approving of them under him.
>suing
You fucking idiot. Lawsuits take DECADES to change laws. And by then it's too late. Bad laws NEED TO BE STOPPED before they become the law! That's what NRA-ILA does.
If it weren't for the NRA, you wouldn't even be able to own guns today.
Anyway, just shut the fuck up and educate yourself about how the world works.
The NRA pushed for the bump stock ban moron, it would have never have happened if they did't tell trump to do it, he doesn't know shit about guns, and will do whatever the NRA says. The "bumpstock ban" is a rewording by the ATF to classify them as Machine guns under the Hughes Amendment "another ban passed with the help and encouragement of the NRA and signed into law by Ronald Reagan" nobody voted on this Trump just ordered Jeff Sessions to tell the ATF to reclassify bumpstocks as Machine guns, that is what the GOA is suing over.
You must be a faggot jew. The NRA has been behind most of the stupid gun laws that we have. The think giving up some rights will somehow appease the grabbers. I'm not giving money to an organization that tries to take away my rights. You'll be better off donating to the DNC, at least you know they are gun grabbers.
>The NRA pushed for the bump stock ban moron
No it didn't. It didn't oppose the law.
So, nigger, what has GOA done to stop it? Why are bumpstocks illegal today? Why do you need to pay a tax on suppressors? Why can't you buy any new machine guns? WHAT THE FUCK HAS GOA DONE?!
>dat reverse logic
Nice try Shlomo. Nice try.
t.NRA member

HEY RETARDS: Join both if you're not a poorfag. yes the NRA cucked us with bumpstocks but I fear if they fall in popularity it may spell doom for gun ownership in America
GOA doesn't give me a free cap for joining.
Not him but what has the NRA done about this? Bumpstocks are illegal so what is the NRA doing right now about it?
Nothing they pushed for the bumpstock ban, and blamed obama! 1:02
This.
Fuck the NRA for the bumpstock thing, and fuck 'em for not ending the import restrictions, but I get some seriously weird vibes in threads like these. It's exactly the kind of fracture point that (((certain groups))) would use to have us fight each other instead of them.
because i am a fucking leaf
You can still donate. Look at it as a long term investment, if they win you'll be able to get all the guns you want when we annex you.
I just do both, each serve a purpose and it isn't like it kills me financially. Don't know why so many on here get so autistic about one or another. I understand the pros and cons of each. I can make decisions without purity spiraling.
I say this in the daily threads we have but I guess it needs to be said again.
Lobbying is all about money, only the NRA has the money to do anything of relevance. Supporting both is the best option hopefully the GOA can grow bigger but for now the NRA is our only choice.
Trips of financial catastrophe
I'm Australian and I donated, no excuse, if the US falls it is over worldwide.
and if that happens we have more time to work on our kung fu
just try and regulate kamehameha waves, you can't
Would you guys then recommend to support both? my only beef with the NRA is how they're bootlicking faggots who will only support you if you're white and can be a poster child to their cause. All politics and race baiting aside, everyone..no matter their race and creed should be supported no matter what.
I have enough money to join both.
While the NRA might not, the GOA can not
>it may spell doom for gun ownership in America
We're already doomed. The fastest growing groups in the US are Asians and Latin Americans, who want to make the US more like their nogunz countries.
You people are dumber than dirt my god. Why do I post on this fucking board
YankeeMarshal, MAC, Hank Strange and IV8888 all say fuck the NRA. Much of their complaint is the fundamental structure of the organization. The bumpstock ban is just the last straw in a history of fudd bullshit.
>inb4 muh ecelebs
They all have a huge monetary incentive to promote the NRA and a lot to lose by going against them.
You aren't really posting. We're taking your thoughts and putting them here.
Look at your hands. You were never even touching the keyboard.
The fuck are you talking about. NRA bends over backwards for you shitskins. Both the ads they run on YouTube are black gun owners. Colion Noir is their poster boy. Wayne LaPiere is always bringing up how black children are most at risk for felons who went unprosecuted by the feds. They are directly marketing to you. Just because Dana Loesh is famous for some culture war Trump dick ducking rants doesn't mean the NRA race baits at all.
>implying I'm a shitskin
I'm just not a racist pos like some of the ones on this board and im not talking about what they portray on their stupid PR YouTube ads but rather their own actions. There has been multiple cases of black gun owners being mistakenly either shot by police or detained or questioned while legally carrying their firearms and having no provable cause of being stopped to begin with. I forget exactly where this happened right now, but there was the case of the black armed security guard who literally stopped a shooting at a bar, wrestled the perpetrators and disarmed them while still keeping his posture and composure intact and his weapon holstered, pigs showed up and shot him unjustly just because they saw a black man with a gun even thought his vest literally said security in big letters. Did the NRA filed suit? complained on social media? protected the family or business ? or even then, rightfully stood by act 235 Agents ? nope, they didn't. They didn't say shit, they didnt do shit.
jesus you are a faggot, stop sucking so much 'celeb' cock, those pieces of shit are only after (((clicks)))
>i don't have any details but i swear that's how it happened!
the problem is not just because they're black, the problem is because the NRA is stuck due to its existential need to retain the support of cops and cop-suckers
That doesn't change the fact that it is, for all its numerous faults, the most effective organization we have
>most effective
It's the only one that has even a tender morsel of influence. The GOA doesn't do a fucking thing except try to grab a few headlines by "filing suit" to try and drag some money from the mouthbreathing mold labia types. Go look at their financials, it's a fucking scam.
joined GOA, will join NRA, its literally the least I can do while they may be flawed
Fair enough, I just cant get behind their boot licking tendencies and also the fact that they back GOP politicians that aren't even pro gun
Who??
Think for yourself, weathervane.
If they are better than their commie opponent, then I am okay with this.
>because the NRA is stuck due to its existential need to retain the support of cops and cop-suckers
So long as that existential "need" exists they will not have my support. There are plenty of law abiding minority citizens left in the dust by these organizations because they have appeal to the racist bootlickers and racist cops first. I support the 2nd amendment, but it seems like the 2nd amendment doesn't support me back.
jesus, you are one dramatic bitch. 2A supporters range across a wide array of people, and as an org you want to keep as many of those people in the fold as possible. no single group can cater to everyone, i would urge you to support all of the 2A orgs out there, and direct any extra donations above the membership fees to the group that mostly reflects your views.
I have thought about joining. And then I had thought about it for even more and longer and then some more. And then I realized that instead of trying to lobby for gun rights, wouldn't it be more effective to just educate other people and be there for them in times of mental health crisis? It wouldn't cost much except for my time and maybe some activities here and there.
If there were more educated people and responsible people who have the tools to educate themselves and take care of their happiness and mental health while having the arms to protect their loved ones and family... surely wouldn't that do more good than simply joining a lobby that only is concerned about gun rights?
Simple solutions for a complicated issue can work or not. But I think we should all take a look back as gun owners and see the bigger picture and how to do the most good overall as individuals rather than only caring about our own rights and only getting involved when we are directly effected just because we cant get the things we want.
How about I just continue buying all the guns I want with no regard for what lobbyist kikes or politicians do? I see no reason to give them my money if they won't even lift a finger for me.
you will find any excuse to not do something
Yes, I'll find any excuse to save my money. I care about protecting my home and family, not lining the pockets of lobbyists and gun manufacturers.
that's nice sweetie, run along to another thread, the adults are talking
>the shills are talking
Ftfy
yup you caught us, nice job detective. no fuck off to an sks thread
That's why you join them.
This is how establishments get bogged down.
People just join the big guys assuming they'll do all the lifting, and they sit on their laurels.
Then the people who actually want to do something get ignored because they're "too small"
Name a single thing the NRA has done on a federal level to expand gun rights
In the past 20 years *
Seems like a never ending cycle and that it would be better to just do whatever the fuck we want regardless of what Washington fat cats say
You mean besides fend off multiple attempts at an AWB? Or mag restrictions? Or universal background checks? Think back to the Sandy Hook aftermath for example.
Are you illiterate or what?
Join JPFO instead
How much was it?
I'm not sure you understand how outnumbered we are. Its a fucking miracle we have what's left of our constitutionally protected rights, under constant barrage for 100 years now.
It's a miracle that we don't have expanded rights when the NRA bends over and takes it in the ass every time they get the chance.
You're talking to someone who lives in an idealistic echo chamber and talking logic to an emotional response. The very fact that he's talking about expanding federal gun rights at the federal level given the political climate of the past 20 years should tell you something about his grip on reality.
People like this are focused on the immediate and generally incapable of understanding how they are hurting themselves in the larger game.
We're never getting expanded rights unless it happens in the courts. If you don't see that, you are beyond retarded.
And how is policing the police in any way NRA's responsibility?
What is the SHARE Act and why did it get killed for absolutely no reason other than inactive lobbying for $400, Alex
Are you soft? The SHARE Act was NRA backed, it dies because it was pulled by Paul Ryan after the Vegas shooting.
it's as if you don't even pay attention and sperg retarded bullshit
