None of us have used either, so I'm not sure why you would ask that here. PDWs are a dead end, if that's what you're asking.

A lot of people don't like how unorthodox the reload process and the fact that accessing a failure is much more difficult with the p90 than the mp7. There isn't really any tap, rack, reassess and the speed at which you can clear a jam in that gun is not great. Mp7 makes more tactical sense in a combat environment. P90 is much better in terms of a range toy or a Garrison environment.

Ergos are trash on P90, but if I had the money I'd still love to SBR a PS90 because I'm a sucker for novelty guns.
MP7 is unobtanium, so does it really matter how it compares to anything? My local gun shop has one on their wall of machine guns which they let people finger fuck. It'd be cooler if they had a range where we could actually rent it out to shoot though.

The MP7 is more compact than the P90 when folded, easier to reload and has more magazine variety (20rnd or 40rnd). With P90 you're stuck with 50rnd mags, and some SF groups would prefer to have smaller mags which are easier to carry and conceal.

It's the advantage that it's compact, it's fairly hard to conceal a P90 unless you are a Secret Service Presidential Protection dude with the fake hands and a P90 underneath. Alternatively, use a tennis racket case.
