Ready to lose all your long guns Ohio?
Ohio House Bill 228 Mistake?
The fuck did Ohio go blue or is it just RINO land?
It was just a mistake bro. We didn't mean to make guns pistol grips, scary salt features, or guns over 26" illegal. We're pro 2A really. We would never want to take your constitutional right. We don't know how those mistakes got in there.
this is too demonic to be by accident. it was definitely intentional
>Ban on rifles with pistol grips
I propose a bill that prohibits people who don't own guns from creating gun control legislation.
>I propose a bill that prohibits people who don't own slaves from creating slave control legislation
My body my choice
Good thing a lot of the people that were anti-slavery actually had slaves then
Barely anybody had slaves.
I don't think you understand the point
The NRA lobbies for gun control for often than you might think
So AR's are now banned in Ohio...neat
Did you even read the article?
Yeah it's a law that doesn't go into effect till the end of the month the bill fucking passed and unless they fix their mistake. It's a law
Haha bro it's just a mistake bro we have until the 20th to fix it and we'll debate fixing it soon bro haha how about those Kardashians
>it was a mistake
>we’re fixing it, guise, we promise
Lmao fuck all politicians
>Importing and owning niggers
>proposing ban on a rifle grip
There is more of a sensible case to be made against clueless idiots being able to push gun legislation vs the legality of buying and selling brown people. Regardless, slavery has ended over 150 years ago and is irrelevant to the topic at hand.
The major cities are blue, everywhere else is red
Our """republican""" former governor is now working at CNN for brownie points with the redcoats... ya we RINO land
i have been following this bulshit for months please link me to where you read they will debate fixing their fuck up
They fixed it.

"A bill to fix a drafting error made by the Legislative Services Commission (LSC) on HB 228 was passed out of the Senate Government Oversight and Reform Committee this morning on a 7-3 party-line vote. The bill was then passed later this afternoon by the Senate 24-8."
This but unironically.
>we're at the point where legislatures can just pass laws by fucking accident with virtually no uproar.
We need a fucking revolution.
Nope. And fuck buckeye firearms those cock suckers have a hand in all this bullshit. Their like the Benchmade of Ohio gun advocates.
>Nope
Prove it
Fellow Ohiofags, who do I contact to raise hell about this??? If this is a mistake then I'm Jonny Goddamn Appleseed.
Your local rep and John Buena Vista chicken or whoever.
There's also supposed to be a protest over this in Columbus tomorrow.
>mfw federal AWB gets slipped into a completely different piece of legislation and accidentally passes
At least they acknowledged the mistake, rather than just letting it go and saying oops it's now law sorry.
All it takes is a "misplaced" paragraph apparently to take away your rights. Hmmm whoda thot
Dig your holes deep, boys. PA is fucking surrounded.
Doesn't matter. They don't read the legislation and then pass it. This show all it takes is an one person with malicious intent who knows they work with incompetent people to sneak extra bullshit in.
Reminder that the Hughes Amendment did NOT pass its vote, but got left in "by mistake". And the Supreme Court upheld it, because there's nothing in the Constitution stipulating HOW clauses have to be added to a bill.
They've already acknowledged the mistake and committed to fixing it. Where the fuck have you been?
Doesnt matter. Mistakes were made. Legislators lied. People died.
No they don't.
Have any other sources that say they fixed the specific issues besides bfa. Seems to be in all legal mumbo jumbo jargon and I ain't got time to read that shit. I need someone to to spoon feed it to me in dumb ppl talk
Bumpstock ban. Done.
They didn't lobby, they just put their foot in their mouth. There is a difference.
So what exactly was the issue? The bill is too long to skim
>oh hai guys whats going on in this tred
They literally accidentally moved a paragraph when they changed the bill. It was a dumb mistake that they've already fixed
Shut up dewine there are no dumb mistakes. There are only collosal fuckups. fuck you.
Haha oh man, now I see it. That's retarded, looks like it's getting fixed.
The news articles made it sound like someone slipped in banning pistol grips and shotguns or something.
Shut the fuck up turd
>accidentally
how about they 'accidentally' abolish every NFA law you fucking nigger faggot ha? never mistakes to our benefit, always to our detriment. You dumb nigger
Grow up
They did idiot. They're moved paragraph language categorized long guns over 26" and pistol grips on rifle to become illegal and they passed the initial bill with that language in there
Fuck you and you're whole faggot crew. No one wanted to vote for you. You were only the lesser of two retards.
Oh nice rebuttal faggot. He's right and you know it. Why the fuck do these mistakes always take away rights and not contradict and nullify other existing unconstitutional laws?
Because they're not mistakes. They're sneaky attempts at infringement.
k
Except the paragraph only mentions firearms over 26" and not regulated by the NFA.
I get it, you're angry, but read up nigger
It's either coming, or it isn't. We'll see if the tinder will catch ablaze, soon.
Oh that self defense bill you wanted? Yeah its actually an AWB hehe woops. Don't look at me like that goyim, it's an honest mistake. Happens all the time.
The Senate Bill to amend it has already passed the ohio senate, and the house bill to do the same (hb 86, 133rd congress) is in committee with 8 to 5 majority in favor, listed as "informally passed".
We'll see when the Ohio house has it's next session.
