Has anyone here ever found a gun?
>lying in a field
>on the side of the road
>in the woods falled out of a pack or up against a tree
No faggot, finding your daddys revolver when you were 5 in his sock drawer doesnt count.

I found a loaded .22 rifle magazine in the woods when I was a kid. For someone in a place where you needed a license to buy ammo, that was like a gold mine. I built .22 rifle with a mousetrap, brake line, and an airsoft gun stock, tested it twice, and kept the other 8 rounds "just in case". I guess that was technically my first gun.
who, me?
God im sick of these faggot plebbit transplants spamming this gay and unfunny meme
if youre gonna start a datamining thread you should ar least be nice bro.
A buddy of mine pulled an M4gery with an eotech out of the river south of the city. Literal boating accident or nigger dump, either way they handed it over to a state trooper.
or at least include a fake personal experience
I live roght on the weast coast with a 60ft Hatteras Yacht. A number of people come to me when they want to have their accidents. We go out to international waters, they toss their shit with floaties attatch, I envoke maritime salvage law and recover the shit, claiming the firearm as payment for recovering it.
Suck it nerds.
I found a Keltec P11 in an abandoned truck in a restaurant parking lot. It was hanging out with 200 pounds of catfish food the owner kept in the passenger seat for some reason
I work on a cotton farm in Southwest Georgia. One of the nogs that ran the boll buggy dropped his .22 S&W off of the tractor in 2014 and never could find It. We were side dressing a field in July of 2018 and by some fuckin miracle I saw it laying on the ground close to the edge of the field. To have gone through 4 seasons of agricultural chemicals and rain, it wasn’t rusted too bad, so I cleaned it up a little and kept it. It’s the one underneath the Weatherby and beside the shitty RIA 1911. Dont shoot it much but enjoy having it for the story
>handed it over to a state trooper
SAD
I found a high standard victory .22 in a dumpster behind a shop when I was 16
why do the people who find cool shit always hand it off? i would've at least kept the upper and optic and then chucked the lower back in the river
Went into this abandoned burned down property and found an old HR Topper 20 gauge. Kept it a bit and gave it to a friend when he decided to go drive to the Midwest.
Aside from that, you can find a decent bit in the marshes east of Okeechobee.
Brand new to the "real army", get sent on detail to a marine base to help with a range, find m9 pistol in duty van. Kept it all day eventually a very very worried looking marine came buy asking if anyone "found anything" in the van. I gave it back because I was stupid.
In Iraq about a later, found random glock 17 on a pathway at night, ended up being an Iraqi police's that we'd just issued out. I got to keep it for the rest of the deployment
Deserts of Utah found a Jennings 22, wouldn't fire, shot it with 12ga until nothing was left.
Not all guns that wander are lost
Found a slightly rusty single barrel .410 leaning against a tree inna woods. Used it as a truck gun for a while before loaning it to a buddy who presumably still has it.
I found 7 registered machineguns and about 35 other firearms in a bedroom closet once
I found my at the time recently deceased uncle's collection of sub 250 dollar guns right after he died. I didn't tell my family because they are kinda gun grabbers and just took them. I got a Jennings 22 an HR 410 single shot shotgun and a silly plastic 22 AR
Once found a rusty FNX 45 mag buried in hard packed dirt still with some ammo in it at an unsupervised range. Kept it for my own FNX and it worked fine after a soak in some rust remover. Whoever dropped it must have been booty blasted.
ive stolen 2 guns out of unlocked cars when i was younger
did u sell them?
Your story is fucking retarded and fake.
Found a large revolver in the shitter at a JC Penny's back when i was kid. Was with pussy ass friends who turned it in to lost and found...
About 10 years ago a buddy of mine found an M9 at an elementary school my mom worked at
Still has it I think. Just reconnected with him so I'll ask
Checked
I found a relatively large collection while helping a client take care of her grandfathers estate. Nothing really interesting. Just some old hunting rifles and shotguns. All of the guns were in pretty bad shape as well. Guy had some relatively nice target scopes that I got as credit for future bills.
My grandmother's cousin recently passed. As my father and I are the only two in the family who have any interest in firearms, his widow asked us to come deal with his firearms collection. He had kept a set of index cards with model numbers, serial numbers, purchase date, etc which made the task quite easy. He had about a dozen various fudd guns - .22s, shotguns, a .243 rifle and reloading equipment. Widow wanted to sell them to a pawn shop, but we insisted on purchasing them from her above market value. Found a post-WWI german pistol in .32acp in the basement rafters that wasn't included in his index cards. It didn't have the import stamps typical to that model. Interesting. We didn't write a bill of sale for that one.
I got a good one because of the sheer coincidence. I live in NY, and one time at a public land designated shooting area I found a beat up magazine somebody left that "may" have been higher capacity than allowed. I instantly realized it was for a Beretta 92 because that was my first and only pistol at the time. What are the odds! The metal was stained but not rusted. Seems like it would work fine. I "may or may not" know where it is currently.
You have an ATI, not a Rock Island, dummy.
Years ago I got drunk and left a .32 in a public restroom. I don't drink as much anymore nowadays, the devil's water makes you horribly stupid
so this is the democrat shilling. “loan to a friend”.
lmao at u glowniggers
i go magnet fishing for glawk brand glawks at my local "did i drop that officer?" bridge
I'd agree with you if it was for anything other than firearms
The possibility of fucking with a hot piece and causing the man to come down on you is just too serious of a risk
>hot piece
Dont do anything stupid with it or go waving it around in public and everything is guccii
>why not just bury and keep it stored somewhere
even having it in your possession is dangerous, especially if you have no idea what's been done with it
you can play it as safe as you want, but life has a habit of throwing shit your way you can't deal with or predict, and if the only way to make sure i don't get saddled with some detective trying to pin shit on me because I thought it'd be cool to have a waterlogged glock that was used to shoot a few gangbangers if i'm lucky isnt worth it.
I know a place where after 45 20k Lugers still wrapped in the original paper got sunk in a lake, along with other small arms.
Fuck where
After 45 though, theyre definately fucked beyond working
wisdom
nah, they were brand new. a small austrian lake btw. - they say the RAF got some of their arms from there. dunno about that though. still, if you try to enter the area the mil cops will stop you. so I guess there is some credibility to the claim.
But how in the living fuck could any of those guns still work after sitting on a lakebed for close to 100 years?
Theres no way
Went into abondoned house in my neighborhood and found a single barrel 20g in the attic.
dunno mang. if the story is true, the sinking of 20k guns is definitely the worst war crime of ww2.
Then what
I was only around 14, i hid it way back in the bush in a tree. Came back with some shells a few times and shot it with friends then forgot about for 2yrs. Came back and it was gone im assuming one of my buddies took it
>Was with pussy ass friends who turned it in to lost and found...
Never a gun but I was in a similar situation once. Once.. any other time I just kept my mouth shut. Dont need no bitches to be a moral compass for me when it comes to finding free shit. I'd only return something if the owner was looking for it.
kek
Which small Austrian lake?
Cool
yeah your gay
>Inna gun show in Hawaii
>combing through old surplus gear in a bargain bin
>find a rusty 15 rnd M9 mag in a pouch
> how much?
$3.00
State mag cap is 10
Score
Did you find anything?
When I was 6 or 7 years old I was visiting my grandparents in Serbia. We went to a public park and I was running around the fields and I found a pistol. Since I was young at the time and not into guns I don't know what type it was, all I remember is that it was heavy and jet black. I showed my dad and grandparents and they were like "Damn, it's real".
I found and cleaned a lost gun in the woods. It was black and long and shot white sticky rounds when I cleaned it with my mouth. I've never been the same since.
Never found actual guns, but a few glock mags.
I also found a box of 10 mil in a toilet one time, but when I tried to grab it I missed and drank the water.
I stole a bunch of .22 from the store and built a gun out of an airsoft barrel and some threaded pipes
it was a piece of shit but even as a kid I was all about MUH FREEDOM
Probably Lake Toplitz.
Cops will stop you because its a dangerous dive and people have died searching for gold, guns or forged British pound notes rumored to be in there.
Yes I have , I found a .22 rifle wrapped in an oil skin jacket inside of a plaster and lathe wall in a old house in Chicago in the late 1990's
Maybe a Zastava M57.
