Bebop 941/2019 gun options

Did the guy on here ever make the custom spike grips for the 941? Are jerichos worth the money?

Spike uses a 92fs and a Thompson contender. Both are better, you should get one or both. Faye uses a glock because best girl.

Depends on the money. Bought mine for tree fifty. They're not bad but virtually no aftermarket and slide mounted decocker on an internal rail design is no fun.

This desu senpoi

I already have a 92fs and enjoy it

You got one without a rail for $350? I’m seeing them go for twice that

Yeah he made an update thread a few days ago. Hope this link still works.

I always imagined that the laser that we don't see him use is something that is linked in with his robotic eye that gives him some kind of targeting system only he can see.

They were fine when they were sub $350. They're overly heavy meh tier pistols.

Has anyone sent the Blade Runner grips guy grips for a S&W Model 41 yet? I'm interested in getting a set, but I want to be able to keep shooting mine and don't have a spare set of grips.

I like them but I don't want to buy one and support an Israeli company.

Def want to get one

Bought it used via private sale circa late 2016/early 2017. If you want one then dont feel too bad 700 is still under what they sold for around 2008.

You ... pay your taxes yet, user?

cool gun, similar situation as Trueno 86, anime taxed to death.

And a P85.

I'd always just assumed the laser broke and he never got around to fixing it, but I like your idea better. Maybe even something as simple as his eye being able to see an IR laser?

Damn I never noticed he used a Ruger firearm, nor would I ever think Ruger would be in an anime maybe the mini-14 just because it's so iconic i.e A-Team or looking like a mini M14.

Is $700 for one now retarded?

I bought one for $800 in 2016 and I live in California so you should be able to do better than us cucks if in a free state; granted it's a "imi desert eagle pistol" import version but it's a 941F meaning its rail-less & slide safety/decocker.

Do gun stores know about bebop or something why do they all jack up prices??

Well here in CA we can only get the og Jericho styling by private party so they know why people are in the market for this gun. For gun stores selling a used one, it's highly probable they just match the price on gunbroker or armslist.

That's beyond retarded.

Honestly user, if you want one I'd scoop it up. It's an nice looking gun and its shooting characteristics are sufficiently interesting to inspire retaining it. I imagine the non-rail versions will certainly become more scarce and rise in value (atleast in the short term). There may come a day down the line where the price drops but itll be a few years at least. Is a cz 75 comparatively a better buy? I think so. That being said, I've always wanted a Jericho - the gun reminds me of all the nights I snuck down to the t.v. to watch cowboy bepob on adult swim in virtual silence.

Cliffs: like everything else, if you can afford it and you like it, then dont feel bad about buying it.

Also look at private sales (if legal for you), you might find a better deal.

The nearest armslist one is no joke $1500 because the guy has the .41 barrels and original shit. Shiiiiiet

Good theory I never really thought about it

So how much would you guys pay for a cowboy bebop grip? Would you be fine if the laser was nonfunctional (ie not actually a laser just a plastic piece)?

I bought one for $500 in 2017 and I thought I got ripped off.

Yes it's the 9mm full size with no rail, the Spike Spiegel one. Has serious ejection issues I've been trying to work out though.

I'd probably pay 80 USD. Don't care about the laser.

I got mine new a few years ago for 600. Im seeing them go for 5 to 600 most places. Surprisingly, older guns tend to go for more. Im not a fan of slide safetys and the rail doesn't bother me so i really enjoy mine.

I bought one exactly like that in 2014 and it has the exact same issue. Awesome gun when it worked though.

What ejection issues are you guys having?

Stovepipes out the ass. Not limp wristing and replaced the extractor already. Might try a new recoil spring

>Mfw Cowboy Bebop made this my dream gun
I really hope I don't have a problem like this when I get mine.

Hm I get that sometimes mainly when using cheap aluminum case ammo by federal. I bet you already tried different ammo, but that's something I would recommend.

Jet uses a walther. So many other great options in this show and people always focus on the Jericho.

Unironically, get a tristar t120.

I got one brand new for like $250 bucks and multiple people have asked me if its a jericho. Doesn't even shoot terrible.

>Berettas
>P85
>Glock 30
>Walther P99
>Railless Jericho
Best anime ever. Trigun is close second.

I'm fairy certain the recoil spring is the problem. Everything else on the gun is in excellent condition except for the recoil spring. It's the only thing I haven't replaced yet, buying a Wolff replacement spring to test out. And yeah, already tried all different types of ammo, 115, 124 and 147 grain from several different manufacturers

but why doesn't the hammer cylinder line up with the barrel?

?

There's an SP-101 in gunsmith cats.

Most likely a single-action cocking lever as in the chiappa.

Yeah that's not really a shooter anyway. Aimed at a collector

Because that’s the design

A lot of the gun concepts from Trigun were Jow Forums as fuck
