Although the new PC9 is uglier, it's an objectively better firearm. Form < function

The old PC9 did have a few features I wished they carried over though. The barrel shroud is nice after extended fire. The Telescopic bolt keeps the receiver area compact, though this would probably be difficult to work into the takedown design. It also features an interesting "bolt lock," so a sharp jolt wont take the gun out of battery.

The takedown mechanism is effective at maintaining zero. The old PC9s weren't exactly known for precision, while my PC is ~2-3MOA.

The Cx4 was great when it came out and before it priced itself out of the market. The trigger is also pretty ass. I like them though
