Bogdan, hammer ...
Well Russia hasnt been able to beat them so
>ukrainian
No such weapons.
They have a good variant of the T-64 called the T-64BM. They have done well in the war, but Ukraine is selling more weapons to Africa and Thailand then it's fielding. If you look at acquisitions, the "war" clearly becomes a joke.

Russia only has 10 of these tanks, or something silly like that. They also modified their BTR-70/80 APCs into a "modern" variant with a 30mm auto-cannon, a better engine, and a rear hatch. They seemed to use these EXCLUSIVELY for any serious operations. This tells me that Ukraine does not trust ANY of its basic left-over armor to do the job.
Furthermore, America and other allies made some "gifts" to Ukraine, specifically and hilariously they can all be listed here:
>several hundred units of plate body armor from the US
>tens of units of anti-artillery radars (actually a big deal) from the US
>several hundred units of heavy anti-material/sniper rifles used by Spetsnaz
>Some very shitty APCs from Britan which performed horribly - I guess they are more armored cars and sucked in every conflict
>Some Tavors/Tavor clones from Israel
The fact that these things were "a big deal" to Ukraine show what a joke its military is.
Furthermore, the US provided some training via one of the airborne divisions.
To side-step the topic a bit, most of Ukraine's Alfa Spetsnaz defected to Russia. "Bulat" - maybe the best equipped Ukie force also defected with the president. Omega, previously a police force, took on most of the direct action roles. Omega did most of the fighting early in the war that actually went anywhere. This showed that Ukraine has NO competent forces.
Furthermore, Ukies constantly got barraged by Russian artillery, with entire companies wiped out from artillery over the Russian border. Russian spetsnaz also constantly put Ukie forces in standard "dilemma" situations, i.e mined their escape route and then snipers engaged.
All of this leaves me wondering what Ukraine actually is, since it's neither taking the war seriously, nor does it have the capacity to do so.
For some reason, Ukraine does seem to have some decent snipers, maybe because it just requires a human element and no sophisticated equipment.
In terms of small arm Ukraine is not very far in behind Russia. Ak74M is common gun.
The west has plenty to give to Ukrainian friends who remove russians and terrorists from their country.
Russia tries to sneak into western sphere of influence, but we all know that as 3rd worlders, they're no match to superior western forces and technology.
Got any credible sources for those claims?

What the fuck are you talking about? The depot? Aint talking about the depot.
I thought they brought up new SOF units from the airborne elements they had remaining to act as a core to rebuild their special unit equivalents.
5 years have passed since the events you’re describing took place.
The Ukrainian army has changed significantly since those days.
>Got any credible sources for those claims?
I don't have time to dig through sources on all of that, but if you have questions about anything specific, I will find some sources for you (though you can easily verify them on your own). Let me know what you want details on.
>The west has plenty to give to Ukrainian friends who remove russians and terrorists from their country.
Ukraine asked for Javelins to deal with Russian T-72s with an upgrade package, the West denied this request.
Ukraine has several dozen "SOF" units - in reality most of them are barely equivalent to regular US army infantry/marines, with literally worse equipment.
The last "competent" Ukie units were the ones they sent to Iraq, and you can also find the problems they had there.
russian weapons from 30 years ago with more military corruption is basically all it is.
>Ukraine asked for Javelins to deal with Russian T-72s with an upgrade package, the West denied this request.
No the US didn't.
Thank you for the correction. Looks like my information is a bit dated like implied. Here is where I am coming from.
>Ukraine first requested Javelins in the fall of 2014 to counter Russian tank units that had intervened in a separatist conflict in eastern Ukraine, sending the Ukrainian army into retreat. But while Washington has provided training, rations and $750 million in other forms of non-lethal military aid to Ukraine, Javelins had remained off the gift list.
One reason — the fear that the inevitable footage of missiles stamped “Made in USA.” blowing up tanks crewed by Russian military personnel, or “volunteers” in the Kremlin’s parlance, would heighten tensions with the nuclear-armed state.

last month there was a big scandal involving shell companies buying spare parts from russia illegally.
When will their M4 variant start being issued?
t. Vatnik
Russia does this all the time with western tech. That’s how their special forces acquired NODs.
It's a big issue in ukraine though, it's illegal and they were overcharging.
All of it is one of the reasons the opposition is trying to impeach poroshenko now
