1k
$2600 USD
I'm @ing you because that sounds cool
$3.7k but I suspect there's some precision shooters that are about to drop some big numbers in this thread, lol
Spent almost 2k on ar15.
Id say all together for the pistol, optic and mounting, light, and holster, around $1800
$1000 fur muh durr gun, $400 scope, $50 other scope (auction bargain), $100 rings, $100 hard case, $20 soft case, $20 sling... how much beans is that, maw?
$1300 or so on doing parts kits build.
$2550
thank you friend :)
>2k
>AR
Dude they sell em for like 500
Do you feel like your AR build is SIGNIFICANTLY better than a S&W MP15 SPORT that is $500? Can you shoot it more accurately?
Checked
But I have friend with a 1500 dollar AR and it is night and day difference from my 500 AR. Not sure at what point he hit diminishing returns tho
750 bucks.
Where does a beat to fuck M16A2 issued to a recruit fit into the quality scale? That's my only point of reference for the Stoner rifle world...
$450
$1500 on a CMMG MK3, although it was before AR-10S were as cheap and widespread as they are now. Glad I sold it when I did, it was balls accurate but super picky on ammo.
The only gun I've ever bought, the rest I've inherited, and it was $500. Protip: never spend $500 on an over/under.
$1300 for the both of these.

i bought one of these babies. Cost me basically 3 months of pay from my two jobs
I'm thinking about splurging on a PSL ($2100).
Also, a Raging Judge ($800) for shits'n'giggles.
But so far the only guns I've shot were hand-me-downs or a friends.
>Spending anything more than $1500 on a PSL.
Even then they still aren't really worth it.

Dude just find a used one locally or at a gun show for $1500 or less. I picked mine up with scope and 500 rds ammo for like 800 a couple years ago. Don't pay the stupid Century prices or it will just inflate things further.
More reliable? Probably not
More accurate? Most likely
More aesthetic? Definitely
Ah, I didn't know you could still get them for $1500.
I haven't seen one yet at a show though.
I'll probably wind up getting the Judge first though, because cheaper.
Bought a Beretta SP V, 32" for 4k
I've put maybe 100 rounds through it 2 years ago and it's been sitting in a case since.
At some point I dropped the case and the rib ended up bending, had to bend it back into shape.
Easily dumbest purchase of my life, and if not, definitely top 10.
1500 maple pesos for a sako 85 at a outdoors store that was going out of business
1800 on just the gun
500 on upgrades/accessories
1400 on an AR during the Obama panic. The first gun I ever bought. I made several mistakes.
Buying a gun is never a mistake
Fuck jannies get
Honestly, that's more impressive from where I'm sitting. You put up your time and effort. That counts for something. Plus the whole risking unsheathed anal pounding for your inalienable rights. That's pretty awesome.
over $2500 CAD and counting... all for the sake of a non-restricted rifle. It's well over 3k if you include the holographic sight I already have, almost 6k if you include the rifle I'm about to buy solely for the optic that sits on it, although admittedly, I can buy the gun, keep the optic, and sell the rifle off to recoup some of my costs. Or I can just have another gun in the safe. That doesn't hurt, right?
I spent over 10000 on an fully auto Thompson, tax stamps and suppressor included.
2.3k, being in California is hell basically it's msrp + up charge service for compliance shit that the FFL requires before they take it into their store and then there's tax.
>riifle: $4700
>glass: $3400
>rings: $410
>suppressor: $1300
>bipod: $300
Plus mags, extra barrels, bag, and cleaning stuff. Then the LRF, wind meter, tripod, spotting scope, classes, and ammo to feed the damn thing.
You could have bought a Rolex submariner.
Not him, but full auto smg is better than any watch.
Or 10000 cheeseburgers while you're spitballing completely worthless and retarded things that also cost 10k
About 1000 on my current carry handgun. 750 on my AR carbine. 300 into my LCR. I'm cheap where it doesn't matter and blow money hand over fist where it does.
ngl thats pretty based and not too exoensive if you believe the NFA is both constitutional and worth following
Me? I just think youre a cuck
Remington 700 target barrel action (with 30 inch bull barrel) : 1200AUD
GRS Sporter Stock: 850AUD
Bushnell XRS 4.5-30: 2400AUD
Bits and pieces (rings, Davies trigger and Davies F class stock) about 800AUD
Most i ever spent was about 8k for a barret. But i sold it when i moved from arizona to alabama because i needed the money for the move.
what did you buy? ive never spent that much
Respect.
Not him, but I built my AR pre-Sandy Hook, and didn't poorfag it up with PSA parts. If I count my optic, it's probably just under $2k.
PS90, no stores had it in stock. This was also the year they had just passed the aw registration bullshit so there was a panic buy mentally going on for me.
About $500 desporterizing pic related.
>mfw the cheapest not awful stock I could find was $325
Spent 4100 on a gun and optic, but it would probably only be about 3500 on its own since I bought it as a package with a bushmaster AR thrown in.
$1100 on a spas12
3500
Approximately $1,600 - $1,700 on my AR-10 build, but that doesn't include the scope and mount that I currently have on it.
About $3300 iirc
$200
>not jewish
$550 for my GP100 5".
Not a poorfag, just cheap and have never shot a $1k+ handgun that made me go "Now's that something you just can't get for less" performance-wise.
$1000
Over 9000
SPAS or winchester 357/38 cant remember which one was more both were in the 1500-1600 range
$550
What is the shotgun and the revolver? Me gusto
Revolver is a charter arms bulldog in .44 special with a bobbed hammer-$300
Shotgun is an old savage 12 gauge. Honestly I forget the exact model. It was $220 at a pawn shop.
600 bones on a Romanian Ak-47. This was back in 2012 I believe? Best gun I ever bought.
1800€ bolt gun and optic.
$2k
Close to 800 for my Vepr 12. Only make 38k/yr so I cant justify anything pricier. I'm 34 now so time to save for a house. No more guns ;_;
2400€ - Benelli M4 Super 90
With a scope setup? $6.3k~
$1,500 USD for my SVT-40
My AR build, mags and all? Probably about $900-1000. Not bad for what is supposed to be a long-term investment
Around $4,500 in my 2011 1911 competition gun
$2000 on a boxed collectible Colt Law Enforcement Carbine that was on my bucket list, days after Sandy Vagoo. Not my proudest purchase but anyone who remembers those days will know we were very close and I wasn't going to compromise on my Colt. It's America after all.
Not necessarily. I have nearly 200 guns but most of them aren't even close to that. It just depends what you are into, bruh. Last 3 guns I bought weren't over $1000 but I buy often. In the last week alone, a second Austrian marked Steyr Hahn, nice Japanese Arisaka in 7.7 and a second British Parker Hale 1860 Henry Volunteer target rifle.
I'd rather have a pile of guns rather than just a few boutique safe queens. Not to say I don't appreciate fancy. Just a lot of NEW (especially ARs) guns over $2500 are not bringing a lot of value to the table. Shit, I'd be hesitant to shoot it much.
Who the fuck thinks something like this?
Do you compare all large purchases to men’s jewelry?
>why did you buy that house you could have bought so many watches
Legitimate question: what does sandy hook have to do with it?
Last year I got a Seecamp LWS and an IMI Jericho 941 that were both listed at 400 in my LGS for $760 OTD.
So $380 for each of those is the most I've ever spent.
A few days ago was my first time spending money on a gun. Not my first gun though. 200 leafbucks for a sporterized p14 Enfield
I wish they werent so expensive these days.
Totaled up? Probably my 6.5 RPR with a Leupold. What a dumbass impulse build for long range that i never used.
$1350 shipped on an Action Arms Uzi
Thanks, but it sucks that I had to go fucking Mad Max tier to have any sort of funs. NJ is a shit.
On the upside, most cops here exist to collect speeding ticket money and couldn’t be damned to deal with some kid with some pipes.
>Cost me basically 3 months of pay from my two jobs
You only make $2400 a month? And you bought a $7K rifle? Jesus.
Little over $4k for this.
1,100 or so on a sig 516xi
1400 with scope. I have no regrets.
In total, I will have spent ~1500 on a complete Glock 45 slide, 19 frame, an RMR, machining the slide, and the other odds and ends.
I've already acquired the slide and frame. I didn't think the cost through when I started this project, but I have to see it through now.
Most expensive would be $2k for an AR I built. I spread the cost out over a year, so it doesn't feel like I spent a lot on it.
Biggest one time purchase would be the PS90 I recently picked up for $1300. Plan on converting it to a P90, so after tax stamps, silencer, barrel, full-auto trigger pack, and other upgrades, I'm expecting to spend $4k-$6k on it.
$3,000 for my Scar 17
$8000 on a shitty handgun
which handgun?
$900 for an M1D from the CMP. Also gonna buy a repro scope and hopefully a flash hider for it, so its bound to go up
3700€, Swiss ZfK-55
About 1800
>full auto trigger pack
SOT?
As far as I know, you only have to register the receiver as a machine gun and then just buy the trigger pack. No need to be an SOT. Could be wrong.
