What do you think about the C93?
What do you think about the C93?
I think it's neat. Almost bought one sitting in the back of a dusty gun shop but the consigner couldn't make up his mind as to what he wanted for it and ended up backing out altogether.
Good, but not amazing, and it sits on the heavier side for only sporting a 16" barrel. Aftermarket is not cheap and it feels neutered without a paddle mag release. My manlet fingers must change my grip to use the button mag release. The average shooter is just better off with an AR.
Mine was fucking horrible.
I've hardly ever owned any guns I actively disliked but the C93 was one of them. A wretched jamming piece of shit that somehow magnified the recoil of 5.56 and transmitted none of it into your shoulder and all of it directly into your cheek bones. The rear drum sight seemed to require a tool to rotate, all this is coupled with the fact spare mags are generally either $30 or $60+, which honestly wasn't a huge deal to me because I didn't particularly want to shoot it anymore than that.
Probably the worst $500 I ever spent.
Total mall ninja gun in the way you have it configured. It screams "I want to be tacticool but am too poor since mommy doesn't give me enough money for anything beside Century shit."
I bet you're going to put a scope on it too faggot.
Almost all of the people I know who bought a PTR made example didn’t have any luck with theirs actually working.
Same. I knew one that functioned for the first few hundred rounds then just died.
It's one thing if you bought one directly from Buds but if you bought second hand you are an idiot, especially if you paid more than the $500 street price.
>have C93
>it's put a few hundred rounds through and still works fine
>see this thread
>sweat.jpg
If you are the original owner, they will warranty it.
>its black so its tacticool
Retard
... What is this picture?
Looks like a lovely young couple riding the rails.
Got one, worked ok replaced rollers, roller retention spring and got correct locking shoulder. Runs 100% since only shame was melting the handguard to the barrel doing mag dumps.
Nice, but sucks you can't afford or find a real AK.
ive got a ptr one. it works fine, its pleasant to shoot. ive kind of fallen out of interest with it though, i know ill end up selling it in the near future
>any of this
Fuck off ARfag, your blog post isn't welcome here.
>ask what anons think about a gun
>gives opinion
>accuses user of blogposting
Oh, you're retarded. Mommy drop you on your head a few too many times as an infant, or is it your fetal alcohol syndrome kicking in?
Not even that user, I just think you're that stupid.
Shut the fuck up you NPC, the C93 is a great gun and nothing you said was correct about it. The roller delayed blowback system is one of the softest shooting systems there is, and with a MP5A3 style buttstock turns it's recoil into .22lr. If you can't rotate a HK drum diaopter then you should literally kill yourself, and it's not a heavy rifle either.
I told you before I'm not even that user.
The MP5A3 style buttstock is objectively worse for recoil compared to a traditional stock and gives you absolutely no cheek weld which is what that user was complaining about, and the action of HK guns is violent compared to softer shooting gas systems. My FALs and AKs shoot softer than the C93. I also hope you don't reload because it will chew up your brass like crazy from its violent ejection.
The rear drum does require a tool to adjust, and the the rifle as a whole weighs as much as modern battle rifles. It literally weighs as much as a SCAR17, sometimes more depending on the variant. It is objectively heavy for a 5.56 gun.
Piston master race, rollerfags can fuck off. Your guns are heavy and recoil impulses more violent than they need to be because you can't tune your gun at all.
>can't get a cheek weld
Fucking what? I guess all the years of special forces using the stock and getting cheek welds are simply fantasy because you said so.
>FAL
>AK
>softer shooting
HAHAHA, fuck no.
>brass
Actually true, but I shoot steel or South African surplus so I really don't give a fuck.
>tool to adjust
You mean to zero? Yes, but pretty much EVERY rifle requires a tool to zero the weapon, to adjust for RANGE you just rotate the drum.
>can't tune it
>puts new rollers
>puts heavy buffer
You were saying?
>i-it's not me, I promise!!
>Reddit spacing
Fuck off.
>implying PDW stocks have any sort of cheekweld whatsoever
laughing_whores.dds
>HAHAHA, fuck no
Confirmed for not owning an FAL
>You mean to zero? Yes, but pretty much EVERY rifle requires a tool to zero the weapon
My M1 Garand is almost 80 years old and has tool less windage and elevation adjustment. Most modern guns require at most the tip of a bullet or a common screw driver on new HK guns, not a special snowflake tool you need to buy.
>Hey guys, I tuned my gun to shoot as softly as possible!
>Oh no, the conditions are no adverse and my gun isn't functioning as reliably!
>hold up, let me strip down my gun and change out the rollers and buffer
There is a reason roller delayed guns went away. They are objectively inferior to piston guns in every way for anything larger than a pistol caliber. Even ARs are having pistons jammed into them these days.
like a G3 but way lamer in a small bullet
