You can cut the reciever and the suppressor body as per atf regulations and keep the kit outside of russia for 5 years with the ability to demonstrate some sort of proof that it has been outside of russia for 5 year. Otherwise you can cut the kit and then bring in a couple pieces at a time so no one knows what you are bringing in.
t. Retard that has about 100 very rare kits sitting in limbo, including but not limited to vss, as val, sr2, sr3 and 2 groza killboxes.

Pic somewhat related, the groza killbox. A demilled version in russia is surprisingly easy to find if you know the right people. Stupid expensive though. I also love how the ruskies demill their guns for domestic sale, they just weld the barrel shut and call it a day.

How in the world do you get contacts like this?

Playing DotA 2

Being Russian

>they just weld the barrel shut and call it a day
Wrong, the bolt and receiver must be demilled as well, though they don't really do anything bad to the receivers usually, while the bolts get their faces cut off most of the time.

so i have no fucking clue how to import a rifle from Russia but i still really wanna. i get that you should ship parts individually and do things to the receiver that don't get any raised eyebrows. but.. demilling? it's very confusing. i'm not really a mechanic.

The sea between Alaska and Russia is about 50 miles wide. A speedboat could run it in 2 hours easily. You need to avoid the island in the middle though. It's half Russian, half American, all military.

first, you can't acquire. second - no, since it's a not a porting rifle.

Demilling is destroying the part that is legally a firearm to ATF specifications. The ATF considers receivers and suppressors to be firearms.

In Minecraft, could you export a gun from the United States to Russia in the same manner? I'm not sure what firearms definitions are overseas.
