New to guns. These are the only two I own right now and both are for carry. I go to the range every week and clean them after every visit. I'm looking for a third gun to add to my possession. Should I get another handgun or go for a rifle? My budget is around $400-$500. I prefer 9mm if pistol.
Which one? How much will it cost to buy this at a gun store with everything stock?
Nathan Ross
You are degenerate filth, I hope you and your ilk all burn.
Kayden Thomas
Burn everything in your pic. Everything you pictured is fucking distusting. From the half rusted bolts to the polymer body to the qu'ran. The only repentance is fire.
Get a revolver in .357 if you want some fun shooting, you could also fire .38 special with it. Maybe a Taurus or a used Smith and Wesson. If you want a shotgun, try getting a Mossberg 500.
Joshua Sanchez
You seem like a Ruger fan so go to literally any gun store and get an AR-556
Ayden Bell
Epic bro simply epic
Brody Myers
ought to cost you about $450 if you look for a deal or $550 if you don't
You can put together an AR for cheaper with a kit from PSA but it's more work
Easton Richardson
How about no? The rusty gun safe was free and it works well. Please tone down your hatred.
I don't like revolvers.
Ok that sounds like a good idea. I'll call around. I like Ruger because they're cheap, American made, and good quality.
Grayson Moore
How about yes? Polymer guns are fucking disgusting. Burn them. The Qu'ran would make good fuel. You can do it in the gun safe to contain the fire.
David Hall
...
Camden Sullivan
Yah, Ruger is pretty decent, they hit the price/performance ratio well. I would have preferred their AR if it had a midlength gas system instead of carbine length but it's not a big deal
Local gun store has the Ruger AR 556 for $499. Should I buy it? This is OP
Asher Morales
>which one This is the rabbit hole I've thrown myself into. I know more about the ones to avoid so far. PSA's get fairly cheap when the sales begin and you can have a functional 2 MOS rifle with irons for about 400. If that doesn't sound like you, then grab a shotgun. Reliable shotguns can be had starting at $200.
It's one of the better basic AR's, seems like a good deal. Ruger has an upgraded MPR model out for around 900.
Gavin Kelly
>>which one
Buy either the Ruger or S&W basic bitch AR.
Blake Gray
yeah I'm hitting up FuddList but they want 100 over msrp for their used shit. The AR is probably going to have to wait.
Colton Adams
Do it. Then train with many magazine of cartridge and save up for an optic
Not op but I am curious how you go about buying from there? I assume they ship it to a local shop and the shop charges you some fee?
Levi Rogers
a transfer fee, it's standard for any FFL but the amount varies.
Michael Reed
1) Find a local FFL who will do a transfer and find out what they charge
2) Find something u wanna buy on GB...only buy from highly rated sellers with overwhelmingly positive ratings. They will have policies...READ THEM AND FOLLOW THEM. If you have any questions ask them before bidding or clicking BUY NOW
C) Buy that shit
4) call local FFL and have them send their info to seller
5) pay for that shit
6) go pick it up, pay the transfer fee and do the 4473
7) hot glue it when you get home
Jordan Bennett
So all said and done why the hell would I do this instead of pay 50 more dollars locally to avoid this?
Gabriel Reed
Because in my experience you're gonna save more than $50. I would gladly pay a %15 premium to buy local but it's been years since I've been able to do that. GB price+shipping and fees has been better than LGS+tax and often better than LGS BEFORE tax.
Jayden Diaz
I should add I only pay $15 for transfers. I realize some areas pay a lot more.

The Quran says that the sun sets in a pool of muddy water. Qur’an 18:83-86—"And they ask you about Dhul-Qarnain. Say: “I shall recite to you something of his story.” Verily, We established him in the earth, and We gave him the means of everything. So he followed a way. Until, when he reached the setting place of the sun, he found it setting in a spring of black muddy (or hot) water. And he found near it a people." youtube.com/watch?v=IhHDgKnE9r0
There are plenty of verses just as absolutely absurd as this one in the Quran. You're an absolute fool for believing that garbage.
Jow Forums is very heavy on crusader culture, national socialism, Jow Forums, and generally view non-whites and non-christians as threats to their nation's and lifestyles. Not that I agree with your choice of religion, in fact I would kill as many of you as possible just for being Muslim. I'm just letting you know why your pic cought so much shit. I'll tone down my hatred when your fellow Muslims stop raping our women and burning our cities.
Cooper Nelson
This entirely. Checked.
Lucas Jenkins
Jow Forums detests Jow Forums, fuck off back there now

PROJECTING
Ryan Reyes
Fuckoff just because Jow Forums makes a lot of noise doesn't mean it represents all of Jow Forums.
Tyler Phillips
I only stated that from my personal perspective I agreed with most of the post with digits. I assume every single person looking at this board has their own views as well. Due to the nature of the board and gun ownership it tends to be at the very least libertarian in nature but the power that firearms provide obviously attract a fair share of authoritarians. It's a grab bag and only like 3% of visitors post here anyways.
Ethan Anderson
Dubs of truth No it doesn't. Half the people here are Jow Forums posters. How much love do the antifa threads here get? Jow Forums is a patriotic board aside from the odd libshit shareblue cucks like yourself. A country that's been at war with countless islamic groups for 2+ fucking decades, no we do not like mudslimes. Lybia user was fun and welcomed because he didn't flaunt his religion and because he was a civilian neet.
Thomas Wood
>Please tone down your hatred.
Not that user, but when you post obvious bait you should expect to get the obvious replies. Don’t play the victim card, asshole.
Joseph Allen
Hating antifa isn't a Jow Forums exclusive thing
Hudson Jones
>Half the people here are Jow Forums posters. Source?
Grayson Williams
also Jow Forums is currently sperging out in favor of Andrew Yang who is the biggest gun grabber since Tim Sullivan
you have to go back
Justin Cook
>imgur kawaii gif >no guns Yeah, seems about right.
Leo Diaz
I would go for a rifle, either a .22 rifle or an AR-15 (a budget AR-15 will run you about 400 dollars. if you want to plink with cheaper ammo, a .22 bolt or dedicated upper another ~200+)
>22 rifles mossberg 702/plinkster is a cheap semiauto .22. usually around 100 10/22 is *the* .22 semiauto rifle. prices and models range greatly various bolt-action .22 rifles run from 80 bucks up
If you really want another pistol, another type of action might be interesting. >single action Star Model B(M) for around 200 some budget model 1911
>double action/single action something like a Bersa Thunder (argentinian PPK knockoff) for around 250 used third gen S&Ws are usually in the ~300-400 price range new production "wonder nines" (92fs/M9, CZ-75, etc) start around 450-500 dollars
>revolvers revolvers in this price range tend to be snub carry guns or shit south american (taurus) .38s a single action .22 revolver (heritage rough rider, chiappa something, etc) are cheap (100-150), can be fun, but not very practical. some of these have swappable cylinders to fire .22 magnums.
Ethan Bell
Antifa is muh equality embodied. You can't unironicly say that qur'an posting is good because "diversity is our strength" and hate antifa at the same time. Sorry citizen, that information is classified.
You'll almost never find something for "only" $50 less online than in your local shop. For me, even the best local deals, it's more like $200 difference AFTER shipping and transfer fees.
Owen Stewart
Go fuck yourself, Muhammadan swine.
Ayden James
this. one of my indoor ranges/LGSs refuses to do transfers on any gun that they can order. their transfer fee is $50, and they have never failed to quote any less than "the other dealer's cost" + "transfer fee" + "$100" on any firearms i've asked them about
luckily there's a guy 30 minutes closer to me who runs what basically amounts to a transfer-only-FFL out of his cabinetry shop, $25 transfers
Easton Baker
Fuck all of you dune coons.
That being said, you should definitely get a metal frame full size. I'd reccomend a Beretta 92 variant. People like to talk shit about the double action trigger pull, but just pull the hammer back like a normal human being and you'll fall in love. You won't regret it. my ragheaded friend.
Parker Cooper
seconding this. 92fs can be had for ~500 shipped right now, the "compact" (still basically full size compared to polymer compacts) for 50 bucks less or so. cz-75 and variants are good too third gen s&w can be got used for 3-400
