I think I'm roughly 25.8. I'm lazy as hell, but I work 56 hours a week and want to see a doctor and go back to the gym. My favorite pistol is my Mark 23 and my favorite rifle is my Colt LE6920. So I'm kinda fat but it's only really noticeable if I take my shirt off. But at least I've cut the fast food out of my diet.

Dude im double that lol, and i would trade skinny and needing to lift with muscular and needing to run any day of the week. Do a basic body weight excercise regimen and dont worry how big other dudes are, a lot of it is genetic and a lot of it is hard work and if you dont do both you're not gonna look like that guy.

BMI is definitely a trash way to measure if you're overweight or not, considering any decent amount of lifting weights and building of muscle can give you an "overweight" BMI. I'm 5'9" 187lbs, so prolly like 27 bmi or some shit, the first gun I ever received was some super cheap break barrel single shot 4-10 when I was 5 years old, I could shoot it like once a day. First gun I bought was a stevens model 62, I still have it, found out the stock is hollow so now it is a shtf survival rifle.

Yeah BMI is super trash, if you lift regularly and put on muscle mass, most of the time you will get an overweight BMI. You can be more fit than most of the fucking country but be "overweight" BMI is for women and children.

Genetics are annoying, basically like loaded die, some people have it easy, others have to diet and excercise a ton to keep weight off, some people also pack on muscle super easily which is equally as annoying. I'm a 5'9" manlet that excercises at least 5 times a week, has a physically active job, doesn't eat like complete shit and I still just started intermittent fasting and running/calisthenics even more to try and get this tad bit of pudge left on my stomach/waistline off.

Beretta 92

If you are overweight due to muscle, you are still overweight. Its better than being fat, but is no good overall.

you're absolutely right. I've been to a proper "exercising/lifting" gym like once... in my life. Friends made me go with them. Decided that stuff is just not for me. Idk if running down hallways at work counts as exercise but thats all I ever do. Sometimes. When the boss man messes up some scheduling. Work also forces me to eat absolute trash, healthyness-wise. And I eat LOTS of that. Yet I am Auschwitz-survivor levels of underweight because my genetics just gif related

BMI is fucking retarded though, it's not a proper measure of evaluating health at all. The formula is completly arbitrary with no actual physiological justification behind it, it doesn't account for various essential factors such as age, gender, fat percentage, muscle percentage, bone density, etc.

He looks a lot bigger than I did when I benched 200. Unless he's like 5'1".
