I am too, I think the dark looks awesome. I’m happy with the color the amber shellac gave the wood.
I also caved and bought a beautiful honey palmswell handguard I saw on the files. Idn why I bought more then one set of handguards but the honey caught my eye and I couldn’t resist.

Armacon. It is aight. Needed some fitting to get it to run smooth. IMO the ideal AK safety selector would be like the Krebs with the rounded top, but also with a rounded bottom. Think of a sort of oval or almond shape.

I got mine recently and it wasn't canted at all, seems to be an older issue from what I understand. If you do get a canted rifle you can either fix yourself or just return it for another one.
