Do we have an estimate of the number of forces that escaped?

not quite yet both the AoG and the Tutons are extremely disorganized. We should have an accurate number any day or so.

Breaking roleplay larp for moment.

Keep in mind since this is spring break and i do understand your enthusiasm on carrying the thread on but the reason we had a week break for this thread because we tried to be on the mods good side since they got upset and removed the thread many times due to it getting made after each one was over. I'm not saying you should stop but you should take into consideration on this so we don't end up with the threads getting deleted or moved again.

Anyway I'm gonna go and try to get cryoanon to fuck me in the ass while i hold his hands.

You're right, so this should probably be the last thread for now.
good luck with CryoAnon btw.

Considering the Tiãneseopened up for the ApG and Teutons for negotiations in the Tiãnese favor there was another incident. The Teutonic Orthodox Order did sent their message to the Tiãnese proposal on negotiations in Tiãnese favor.

They sent the Tiãnese a package of severed Tiãnese men's heads with "Iron and Blood" on the package.

If this thread lasts let's make one on friday or the next friday be it since that is when most people have days off anyway plus the space in the break would give those that contribute to the wiki time to update it with information in the meantime.

Anyway I'm gonna go buy a diamond ring and propose my gay love to cryoanon.

>Teutons sends a package full of severed chinese heads to the Tiãnese in their way of answer

Metal as fuck

That sound like a good plan. Let's make it more around 5 or 6 than noon however because noon's when the ppl who hate the thread come on.

Why did the Teutons sent a packaged full of Tiãnese heads to the Tiãnese after what happened on Ichor?

Also what did they mean by Iron and Blood?

Not just any metal, Iron.

so like 6:00 PM?

00:00 GMT

Maybe more 5ish cuz we need time to get it going.

What was the pilgrim's reaction to the Teutons sending the package full of severed Tiãnese heads to the Tiãnese?

Anybody witness any Tutonic acts oh heroism?

I'm getting rumors that Pilgrim pirates are attacking outlaying colonies GGR, UAF or Independent ones.
Getting dozen reports from Galaxy News Webnet.
Is this due to what's happening to Battle of Ichor?

There was that one teuton that ran into a house in fire to save a pilgrim's soldiers wife and child then stayed behind to fight off the Tiãnese before his demise but it allowed the pilgrim and his family get to the evacuating ships.

There was others but that is in the previous thread. I found the part how the teutons and pilgrims utilized nuclear artillery shells and gas torpedoes to try and slow down the Tiãnese invasion of their carriers.

Survivor from one of the outside stations. It isn't the pilgrim pirates.

It's the Tiãnese.

I highly doubt the pilgrim "pirates" would do something like that after seeing what happened to Ichor from the Tiãnese despite having both teutons and pilgrims in one place at the time.

It's someone else.

I'm interested in doing some in depth development of the UAF and GGR navies and maybe the Tianese now that they're involved. If anyone has any ideas they want included I'll compile everyone's thoughts and start making some articles soon.

After the 3 Hour War.

The Tian came by unexpected attacked Both Teuton and Pilgrim Forces.
There's one at "Attack on St.Johns Fortress" at far east continent of Ichor.
There were also Pilgrims fought side by side.
One of them was Senior Knight Lieutenant from Teutons and another was NCO officer from Pilgrims
They took down thousands of Tian troops until they've been overrun.
30 Teuton Knights were dead and another roughly around hundreds from Pilgrim.

UAF has fancy tech
GGR has xbox huge guns
Tiãnese are basically like the covenant in terms of tech and weapons except they are chinese and not ayylmao

Tianese fleet is going to be doozy one as they are technologically advanced.

It sounds plausible. The Pilgrims have always been highly fractured and due to the religious differences between sects it’s very hard to predict how any one sect will act in a given situation.
I heard there was a small sect of pilgrims who converted to TOC mid battle because they saw a knight and through he fulfilled some prophecy.

The fact that the Tiãnese are operating outside of their home system is unprecedented enough. We have no reason to believe they would act as pirates in any capacity.

I think there is a breakdown of each factions fighting style in the World Building Guide on the wiki. It should be a good reference.

It’s looking like they are the most technologically advanced faction by a mile and what’s more we know next to nothing about them or their society.

I'm skeptic about that.
Pilgrims aren't autonomously unified they're also several sects around galaxy.
And I hope that sect doesn't cause anymore troubles.

This just in, the Teutonic Orthodox Order (Church to be politically correct i guess) have officially declared war against the Tiãnese after sending a large package full of severed Tianesemen heads with a note saying "Iron and Blood" in german.

They aren't metal, THEY ARE IRON AS FUCK!

OOC Let me handle the UAF navy. I have written enough about it already. It will give me something to do in airports and on the flights I have coming up.

I'd imagine Tian Battleship or Dreadnought is like from Homeworld franchise but with photon cannons and quadruple coil autocannons.
Smaller capital ships and vessels can sometimes be both Tau themed (WH40K) and Covenant.

Thanks user I'll check it out.
I've got a few ideas that I want to flesh out, but I'll leave most of the heavy lifting to you.
I'll take the Covenant into account when I'm working on the Tianese.

Attached: covenantFleet.png (1366x768, 610K)

I imagine the Tiãnese have the asthetics of Tau and the technology of the Covenant.

Is this an interesting concept or bad?

I am open to tech and aesthetics my big thing is classification and doctrine. Taking an almost age of sail approach because of the size of the UAF. Destroyers as small specialized fleet support ships. Frigates as larger longer range multi mission and convoy escort ships. A large variety of cruisers that might be broken out into rates to both act as the bulk of the fleet but also provide cruise on their own through the colonial region and provide everything from anti-piracy to full scale medical facilities. Something like the USS Enterprise from NGS just designed as a warship. Battlecruisers would be commerce raiders for hit and fades against the long supply lines the GGR would have to have. Capital ships would be a mix of battleships and drone carriers which would be on the same hull but the major difference is the number of strike craft. Drones would be for strike missions while there would be piloted ships for anti-strike craft work.

Maybe. Why not throw some Vanu aesthetics in there too?

Oh god yes thats friggin' awesome idea!

I feel like we should keep a balance between the now three major factions. UAF has high tech and good shields, GGR has BIG FUCKING GUNS and heavy armor with little shielding.
I propose for the Tianese that they have a mix of shields and armor, with plasma weaponry that is prone to frequent overheating. Also their computer technology is ahead of the Krauts, but far behind the technological prowess of the UAF.

I like it

Attached: C582E124-BFDF-4747-9270-F8A87C33CD72.jpg (1200x800, 203K)

TL;DR
>UAF
Glass cannons with godly computer skills
>GGR
Tanks with big fuckoff guns, but slow and low tech
>Tianese
The middle child, not good or bad at anything specifically.

I’m thinking that since the Tiãnese the the most technological advances faction around they should have already mastered plasma weapons. But since they are also so small I would think that they would use drones more that even the UAF

I can work on this later (famous last words coming from me)
And I guess I'll call myself Arctica when I'm not writing the character Daedalus, who really needs a better back story.

*Advanced

Hmm, then they should be the glass cannons?
I really don't want them to be overpowered with their plasma tech. Especially since plasma weaponry is already available to both UAF and GGR forces. Maybe their deal is that they've managed to miniaturize plasma weapons to be used as infantry weapons.

I think this will work really well then. If you can design a UAF naval doctrine and classify their ship types then I can work on providing lore for the navy as a whole. Honestly I've just been thinking about badass ship names all day and I want put them into action. I liked the Scourge of God from the last thread, but most of the UAF ships in the wiki now are pretty lackluster.

Attached: home-better-bigger-armada.jpg (1024x768, 285K)

Nah, they mostly just kill civvies

We already have plasma small arms. Maybe UAF/GGR tech overhears and explodes but Tiānese tech doesn’t? I think the Tiānese have to be a little overpowered compared to UAF/GGR because their faction is a lot smaller. Like are about 100x fewer Tiānese than there are UAF/GGR.

It's already been established that the Tianese are the most technologically advanced so I'll stick to that. I don't want to overstep and write more Tianese background but I was thinking that maybe a new expansionist leader took power and began a crash building program for their navy. Because of that they almost exclusively focused on rushing out capital ships and neglected screen and support ships. So although their capital ships are far technologically superior to the UAF or GGR they're fleet as a whole is vulnerable atm and not ready for a full scale conflict. This could play in with their attack on Ichor... they wanted to test their navy against what they thought would be weakened opponents, and even though they took Ichor they can't hold their supply lines against a commerce raiding approach for now.

Perfect. One of the other things I have been thinking of is that its a pretty equal gender wise on sort of bell curve. Most middle ranks for enlisted and officers are women but the lowest and highest are mostly men. Three naval academies each with their own personality since there three major systems. Sort of a darker UN Spacy from Space battleship 2199 as the asthetic.

I didn't even think about naval academies, but I'll definitely work on that too. I honestly didn't expect this much feedback, so once the thread dies down I'll start collecting everything and working on some ideas over the weekend.

I was thinking something similar to WW2 in the Pacific except the Japs are way more advanced than the US. So the Tianese have a massive edge in technology they can't even come close to the UAF's industry or population.

I'd prefer it if we kept all the factions on a level playing field. They should have some sort of flaw in their design philosophy. I can't exactly think of one right now.

I created Tiān so feel free to add as much as you like. I always invisoned them as some spooky vaguely defined threat waiting in the wings for the perfect time to strike. A lot of Tiāns mystique comes from the fact that we know so little about them take that away and their just another faction. Maybe put in a bunch of [Data Expunged] or [Classified]s in the article? Just a suggestion feel free to take it or leave it.
By the way I’m so happy to see everyone taking interest in something I wrote to be a throwaway fashion in the background between threads just to make the world feel bigger.

Oh yeah I also was depicting it of a Kitth Somtaaw Explorer-Class mining vessel from Homeworld franchise.
homeworld.fandom.com/wiki/Explorer-class_Deep_Space_Mining_Vessel
Eventually there will be more lore about Azure PMCs and Star Privateers.
I'll cook up more in-depth story about them.

UAF has high tech

GGR has high guns

Tiãnese has high drones and better advanced plasma tech

Does this help?

Just a thought...I don't want my writing to get in the way of their natural developments in the threads so I'll try to build their navy around what people come up with. Like I said I still definitely envision them as very capital ship heavy though because they don't have the industry or resources that the UAF or GGR do but they do have the tech to make it work. I think that the factions can all be militarily equal while the Tianese are superior in tech. Taking into account resources, industry, and population they're all pretty equivalent overall. The GGR fortification of Sol did a great job of balancing them against the UAF before the Tianese became a big faction.

I would hope we aren't using tacky panels for lighting and advertising then.

80's future asthetics with a dab of 90's tech is the ultimate taste

Reminds me of elite dangerous to be honest does anyone else get an elite dangerous vibe from these stellar conflict threads?

Only the tackiest.
We still haven’t evolved out of that phase of humanity.

Totally, I remember a few treads ago another user had the same notion.

Heavily. I got a lot of inspiration for the background stuff I wrote in the earlier threads from E:D.
Which reminds me, I am SO fucking far behind on DW2. Goddamnit why did I have to go back to the bubble to get a new ship. Fuck.

I have a lot of ideas and no time to but them down. There's a discussion area on the wiki so when this thread dies we can pick it up there.

Did everyone heard the news about the Teutonic Orthodox sending a large package of severed Tiãnesemen heads to the Tiãnese empire?

Alright sounds good user

>I have a lot of ideas and no time to but them down.
I know exactly how you feel. I swear I'll finish that arctic story, but right now I have midterms and a very busy spring break. I should probably finish the Antarctica story before I further characterize Daedalus.

It’s a sweet gesture lol but any delivery ship will be shot down as soon as I’m enters the system.

*it

It did got delivered and the Tiãnese did received the package.

The balls of that delivery man. I bet he was Tutonic

Can you guys imagine what the elite series would be like if we all actually went back in time and introduce everything we made together as a community about stellar conflict into the elite series before it got released?

Just imagine what that game would be like with all of this in it.

Why eould the german teutons go and do that after what happened on Ichor? Just what were they trying to send by doing that?

What are the pilgrims reaction to the teutons doing that?

Dont forget the fact the Teutons declared war with the Tiãnese now after the package was delivered.

Are the Teutons fucking insane!? The fuck is going on why would they not only send that package but publicly declare war like that!?

Hope those Orthodox Priests aren't going to be outraged with this.
They're suppose to be Holy warriors and not down right barbarians.

Welp, as a pilgrim i now know why i saw all those Teutons that survived where carrying severed Tiãnese heads...

It's bad enough they gassed their merchant ships.
Now Teutons are delivering severed heads of dead Tian!

Uhm user... those priests are the ones that declared war on the Tiãnese.

The severed heads was just the cherry top sent in one large package by surviving Teutons and high rank knights as a "Fuck you we war now" gesture.

Prayers with action user :^)

Jesus... even those Priests demanded blood.
Teuton Knights are battle hardened and warmongering instigators

IRL I'm a junior attorney. This is one of the few things that keeps me sane.

Repprts coming in and apparently the teutons that are badly wounded that are healing up in either UAF or Neutral medical facilities are having to be restrained and sedated to calm them down because they are trying to get back up to go after the Tiãnese, there was a report of this one guy with a blown off leg using his own Zweihänder as a walking cane demanding afor a prosthetic so he can go back and avenge his fallen knights.

The medical facilities in the GGR are having to forcefully calm down the wounded and distraughted Teutons and even began distributing "happy pills" to try and calm down the Teutons. There was a report of this large Teuton that has plasma wound to the chest and side of his face was forced down three pills to try to get him calmed down before he yelled out in medieval german language before collapsing from rage shock. Apparently he yelled out "By my faith in god I will force my Zweihänder down all of the Tiãnese myself!"

Teutons are fucking PISSED right now.

Jesus fuck i thought the army of God warriors where metal but the Teutonic guys are straight up Iron and Blood mentally and physically

Did some digging and apparently the Tiãnese aren't the first time, they had run ins with the Tiãnese before and in the past they won against the Tiãnese by a hard shot but won anyways which forced the remaining Tiãnese force into seclusion...

Reports came in and the Teutons are going full industrial with their military strength efforts and alot of Teutons wounded or not are all mad about the Tiãnese more than they are mad about the pilgrims before the ceasefire agreement.

Anyone got any word on the status of pilgrims and their Army of God people? What was their response and message to the Tiãnese and how are they reacting with the Teutonics declaring war on Tiãnese and sending that package?

Me and the guys currently residing at the cathedral class cruiser always knew the Teutonic Orthodox where aggressive and prone to act on aggression but this stuns us alot by their actions of sending literal chinese men heads to their own homeland and to hear the orthodox priests to declare war on the Tiãnese is sudden and shocking to hear honestly. Yes, we were effected by the loss of Ichor and the devastation that we recieved from the Tiãnese but our highest holy leaders have not declared nor seek out aggression immediately but are more focused on the matters of trying to uphold the ceasefire agreement between us and the Teutons and to amen to our people in need.

I have seen Teutons get mad but not like this!

>three happy pills forced down a Teutonic Knight to calm him down
>still filled with rage and managed to shout his anger in medieval german which is legally only allowed in Teutonic Orthodox ceremonies and prayers and managed to pass out not from sedatives but from rage shock itself

Holy fuck

Can someone explain to me why the Teutonic Orthodox Church and their Knights are all filled with rage and anger all of a sudden and want to jump at the opportunity to kill the Tiãnese? What got theim riled up that the GGR is having to try and calm them down with literal happy pills?

That and also.
What's with these happy pills?

I think its kinda like getting blue-balled because they didn't get the battle with the AoG they wanted.

No i think it is the fact they had faced the Tiãnese before like how the pilgrims have but the teutons lost alot of their men and almost fell but managed to defeated the Tiãnese and forced them to go into isolation before. I also think it is because both the teutons and pilgrims know that the Tiãnese are a bigger threat than they are towards each other but the Tiãnese have a bigger hate and rage towards the Tiãnese.

It could also be racial biasness since the chinese in world war three pushed their way and almost got to germany and they influenced alot of socialists supporters to push germany further down the road until the coup that overthrown the weak german government and instilled the kaiser thus killed all influence of socialism and as well pushed the chinese back and since the Tiãnese are ethically chinese thw Teutons see them more as a plague than anything in the world.

Geology major. Do you have any idea how much information a sediment deposit can hold? A fuckton of information. Its mind numbing, yet ever so slightly fascinating.
I much prefer my paleobiology class.

As a side note whenever I get the time and ambition to finish my Antarctica story I'll probably characterize other planets, after I finalize daedalus so I have a vehicle to tell stories through. If anyone has a better suggestion for a name I'm all ears.

Anyone else having problems trying to sedate and calm the hurt and wounded Teutons down in their medical places? I just had to call in eight guys to hold one Teuton down and administer four packs of large morphine and clonazepam to calm down the patient due to his extreme distress and anger. He literally ripped off the side handles of his medical bed and was yelling in german while he tried to swing it at one of our staffs that had a slight asian look on his face.

the Teutons are literally wanting to go back to the fight but they can barely hold their skins together due to the severity of the plasma burns!

I've heard that one of seasoned Teuton Knights went into full rage on GGR Space Station of Habsberg.
Medical teams went there and asses the situation but He won't calm down.
Asking other Teutons is but futile as they kept chanting everyday.

The fuck got them all so worked up and violent? The hell happened on Ichor to give them PTSD?

I agree it’s very unbecoming.

What you mean by unbecoming?

>tfw used to be part of the UAFPD and served as a constable on a colonial planet
>tfw you got transferred to a UAF hub world
Fuck mang, I used to get into some serious shootouts, real scary shit sometimes but I loved it all the same. One day some satellites go dark and we go check it out, got into a three hour long gunfight between our boys and some calorie bandits with a fucking ancient WW3-era tank, nearly bit the big one that day.
Now-a-days the most excitement I get is having some 600Ibs neon haired beast attracted to a life support chair screaming at me for assuming her pronouns because I said "ma'am, please don't loiter on the grass"

Attached: 1456440077975.png (1192x830, 228K)

We always need volunteers for the colonial service. Danger, excitement, cryo sleep! I spent a tour carrying around a UAF circuit judge and marshals. Never thought I'd be dropping rounds from orbit to help arrest criminals. Its comfy as fuck in the colonies despite the danger.

Lol that’s quite s jump. The closer you get to the capital the more people are detached from reality. I moved from Gemini to Trappist-1f it’s night and day. Back on Gemini we lived in a small town and everyone had some kind a firearm because we had the fight of Raiders every once in a while. The other day and some lady on the monorail was lecturing a cop about he should keep his service pistol out of sight because it could be trigger PTSD. You see she knew someone who knew someone who got shot at a nightclub once. I can’t imagine what it must be like being transferred from one of the unincorporated colonies to this kind of place.

I spent some time with some UAF Marshals out when my company was doing surveys in the outer colonies. It’s a pretty interesting job they work a lot of bounty hunters. And you practically have to have been a bounty Hunter or an IIB agent to become a Marshall. It’s actually pretty interesting story if you guys would like to hear it
