I've thought about this. If the whites focus on simply combating the government for the sake of minorities getting autonomy, zulu, khoisan, and indians are generally on the same page and hate the bantu government and should go along or at least defend their own communities and reject the government, ala kurdistan style.
Few points I'd like to make here. A.) If things got so hot that China was supplying arms to the government, it's likely that the government and the military is in complete shambles and shit has turned Syria tier, i.e. the government military has degenerated to being on par with the rebels who have destroyed and stolen so much equipment that they're on equal footing. B.) And in such a case, whites would probably have the most stable military and government. In civil wars, people throw their money behind who they think are going to win, and if SA breaks apart into tribal and political warfare a sane faction with a clear positive vision for the future(creation of autonomous ethnostates for SA minorities(as opposed to EEF aligned militias wanting to kill whitey and establish socialism)) and a track record of being adept at combat will probably attract the most investors. Look at Syria for example, after the FSA made themselves out to be ineffective idiots, the US switched to the SDF. With good PR and organization I don't see why the white revolutionary force wouldn't get some kind of aid from somewhere, government or not.

This kind of conflict seems like it will be a straight up race war, whites will be scrutinized, arrested, and sometimes killed just for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Even if whites controlled a safe region with an airport I doubt commercial flights will take you there. Your first mistake is thinking the military will play much of a role. Total military personal is 80-100k and they have been under financed and under supplied for decades. The current ruling government has never relied on the military if anything they distrust it. The problem will be the MK political armed cadres.
As far as white resistance. I think you are over estimating. Maybe the Afrikaners have a more organized plan but the anglos have got nothing. They would use the military to put down any armed insurrection, but my point is that especially confused, lacking in essential white officers, and fighting an enemy using their equipment against them would essentially collapse it. There really wouldn't be much of a force to stop them, and warlordism and party militias would become commonplace instead fighting each other, Julius Malema comes to mind especially as a figure who will raise his own private army, and the country would descend in chaos with a bunch of independent small warlords and boers in the middle of that would have an advantage.
I'm aware british whites are generally cucks, but there would be at least some degree of cooperation with boer militias when they're facing blatant genocide and economic collapse where they can't just leave the country. One possible trigger is payment of social grant approx 33% of country in on government assistance, if payment was delayed of 2 or 3 months you would probably see widespread looting and riotes. This is one thing I think a lot of people are missing. The government will functionally collapse, and the poor sections of the cities will diverge into fire within a few weeks of food shortages or social programs not being able to be fulfilled and the government would have to qwell that disorder in addition to anything from white resistance movements.
There are so many factors that can come into play here, white could specifically target the government in a way that causes this to happen. The violence could kill the SA stock market and foreign investment, and land confiscation would cause food shortages and mass starvation as an immediate consequence and that'll create massive angry mobs and destruction worse than anything a Boer could do.
