PSCs do things the military generally doesnt want to do, which is guarding shit. All PSCs are basically armed security guards, even your high speed PSS guys. With that being said not all PSCs are the same. You have static guys that are extremely low speed, like me, because I didnt have a clearance at the time I needed a job, that just guard a base. Then you have wps which is a bit cooler but you still just stand around and do nothing, then you have pss which is where you guard diplomats and other VIPs (some of them get lucky and just collect paychecks because their VIP is lazy and doesnt leave the wire). PSCs CANNOT participate in offensive operations.

I think thats why the CIA GRS team in Libya couldn't move out initially, because they were contractors and that would count as offensive action against random terrorists in a way.

They would have been reacting as QRF though so it shouldnt have mattered.

This is the Swedish military or police. The LWRC rifles they have are a dead giveaway.

Couldnt You just assign them to retard tier simple tasks like blocking a route or something? Give them some radios or put a guy in charge of them or something. I guess itd be a problem since they're not trained to follow the same orders as your guys, but if you just had them holding a location down or pinning a spot I could see them being useful.

It's just not cost efficient during a war.
But when the war is winding down and you're removing troops from the host nation or whatever. Then PMC are a great asset for things like guarding HVTs, buildings, and training local forces.
