So some cabelas got these crates in. A buddy grabbed one for me for 10 bucks. I'm super happy since I never had a chance to order by thr crate when they were still cheap.

Slap a coat of paint on that shit. Or stencil on some olive green slav scribbles and secure it with steel banding and coamoline every time you have to close it

It wouldn't pass as 'secure storage' in Canada but it's still a pretty nice cabinet. They shouldn't be upheld to the same sort of standard as gun safes.
That's actually pretty nice. Never thought of putting my Stack-On inside another, prettier cabinet. I have my own plans for the future, but I'll keep it in my for a backup storage location.

Thanks man. Technically it qualifies as safe storage in canada with the locking hasp but it's decently to smash into. Just don't tell people it's there and my landlord has never asked

If the hinges are exposed on the outside, it doesn't qualify. Unless they're piano hinges.
