Dont lie about shit you animals. Integrity and Honor >>>>>>>>>>> your selfish desire to sully the US military with dishonest liars.

A force of noble warriors will keep up on top of the enemy, but once people throw away their morals just to selfishly wear the uniform is the day we lose our spot as the best military on the planet.

Im not looking to be a toral badass, i jjst want to be in the military and do some federal service. I scored a 94 on the ASVAB but I'm in ok shape. Any anons have some jobs they'd recommend? I was looking at 17E electronic warfare specialist.

Ok fine, I smoked weed once 9 years ago.
Why does OP say maybe to nuke now? Have the recruiters subverted the thread so they can shill nuke to people?

27 years old with a degree in aviation, what is the best branch and path to go with?

nice try commie.

are SEALs really that cool or is it just good propaganda?

Air Guard so you can work on those ratings during your civilian time. Don't forget those Seaplane ratings friend.

Hmm why go the pilot route?

I actually plan on joining my states Air Guard in TACP and then commissioning as a pilot

Shut the fuck up, you little bitch. MEPS disqualify people for shitty reasons, so you can go fuck yourself.

Attached: 1406705931643.jpg (329x399, 44K)

What are the fucking academic requirements for marine option rotc scholarships? I aint fuckin waitin an enlistment cycle to commission or get in fucking debt from college kikes

You must be a United States Citizen
You must be at least 17 years and no older than 23
You must be physically qualified to meet Marine Corps standards
You must obtain a basic SAT combined score of 1000 or a 22 composite score on the ACT

marines.com/becoming-a-marine/officer/nrotc-scholarships.html

Wait...holy shit, thats not that hard at all! Then again will minimum standards be enough? That seems too good to be true

>will minimum standards be enough?
never aim for the minimum dude

Ok am I gonna get called a pussy if I join the air force. It sounds great and isn't a combat heavy job with tons of benefits and positions.

>and isn't a combat heavy job
Combat Control Team
Para rescue Jumpers
Special Reconnaissance

How long would it take for a foreigner to enlist in the US Military?

Would it be possible to get into WOFT if I have flight experience from back home?

Attached: 1552021327273.jpg (480x588, 93K)

Good on you user sometimes I think about it but I think my path is not one of the pilot varieties. Especially because getting out at minimum of 33 would not leave me much time to make extra cash. The guard may be a decent choice though. I'll be an officer either way because I have a 4 year degree so that's a plus.

Is it bad if I have hypothyroidism? Should I leave that out?

Whats with sexually abused chicks joining the military?

Does working with rape victims make for an effective team or do their non-stop behavior issues cause problems?

Who talks like this? Also, who fucking cares? Stop being a woman and do whatever the fuck it is that you plan on doing, you queer fuck.

Its not your job that makes you a fucking pussy, its the fact that you need approval from randoms that makes you a fucking pussy.

Implying any of you are going to fly. Enjoy being an Air Force fix-it man.

The fact that you are a fat fuck will give that away. Do you like sweets? Do you like fruit juice? Does cardio beyond jogging like a chick make your tummy hurt?

Or

And I don't mean marijuana.

If I see one more picture of a baby dressed as a 2lt I'm gonna have an aneurysm.

Thanks for nothing asshat

Is it true that only combat arms personnel are funny, and everyone else is just cringy?

kek

Country?

No. It's more like half the military still thinks demotivational posters and impact font memes are funny.

What is the chance of being deployed as an 11b? How is it possible that there are more janitors in the ranks than actual fighting men?

It depends on what you mean by deployment.
There are still rotations to Europe or Korea every other year. There are still rotations to Kuwait where you might end up tasked out to Afghanistan or Iraq. There's still training going on.
As far as real deployments where you go there to kill people? Either get into SOF or keep your fingers crossed.
You're gonna do janitor stuff regardless of optempo, political situation, etc.

Is there a guarantee I will at least be deployed outside of the U.S.? I don’t want to be like my friend stuck in upstate New York doing jack diddly squat.

what's wrong with that toilet

>putting the interests of the nation at risk because you want to feel like a big boy and wear a uniform
>putting the lives of others at risk because you want to feel like a big boy and wear a uniform

Wew, lad. Good thing only jsoc is seeing combat these days and people who lie about issues will get weeded out in indoc via t3 or through physical training. I for one am sick of people who hide shit and then become sick call rangers for their entire enlistment.

aka the 0.00001% of the air force who may see combat at some point.

FYI, airmen who try to claim the deeds of special forces guys as indicative of their entire branch are the worst kind of people.

Take it to Jow Forums, faggot. /meg/ is shitty enough without people like you shitting it up even more.

Yeah right, good thing Audie Murphy followed your advice and didn't join the army...oh wait.

You can talk about honor and integrity all you want, come up with commentaries to diminish morale, but people want to serve their country even in peacetime. And it doesn't mean the interests of the nation or the safety of a fellow soldier will be put at risk because you say so, so yeah, go fuck yourself.

>Whats with sexually abused chicks joining the military?

Meh. Lots of stuff.

>NCO daddies everywhere
>Getting to LARP in a masculine role so you won’t have your feminine nature preyed upon

>but people want to serve their country even in peacetime

So go to usajobs and get to clicking. You don't have to be wearing a uniform to serve the country... it is such an infantile thought process to even suggest otherwise.

Yes, you can serve the country with a civilian job or for other federal agency that is. Still doesn't mean that one is obliged to do so just because you want it, and don't forget that within the military there are non-combatant jobs, you imbecile. What truly is childish, however, is to think that one should forget or give up the idea of serving in the military because of the flawed system that is MEPS.

Pic related is your prize.

Literally only the SOCOM ninjas do anything these days

Reposting since no one responded in previous thread:

Thingken about going for OCS at 28 years of age. I'm not happy with my job/career choices (engineering) and I've been interested in serving since childhood. It's probably one of the only true desires I had in life.

Anyway, would OCS or WOFT be a better choice? I'd like to do something practical so flying would be nice. I'm a little worried that if I go to OCS they might stick me into some engineering role. If that were to happen then I might as well stay in the industry.

>half the army gets md
Kek

You'll go on training rotations to other countries. It depends on your unit, man. If you end up in the xviii corps you'll do stuff in the middle east, maybe, but you might sit in garrison for a while too. if you're in iii corps you'll do stupid armor training rotations for the mass tank battle in the fulda gap that was supposed to happen in 1985.
Just try out for SOF if you're dead set on infantry. If you make it you'll get a decent amount of action during your career, if not, you'll still go overseas at some point, but instead of going to slot hadjis you'll go to do 10 days in the box and get in brawls with polish locals.

Some faggot forgot to jiggle the handle to make it stop running.

Did you get caught by police? If no, absolutely. If yes, depends but probably no.

>“I CHOSE TO LET THOSE LOSERS PLUG ME UP! NOT LIKE UNCLE JESSIE WHO JUST TOOK ME!”
This is the point where my sides went Into orbit

Shhhh, sweetie. It'll be over soon.

Why in the fuck would anyone join an air force of any kind to be something other than a pilot? Are you finance?

Join the Coast Guard and go ET. Rate's critical right now so you could get into A school immediately.

The A-10 sucks dick and so does this thread. The F-35 is a much superior platform.

Pretty good plan.

>Is there a guarantee I will at least be deployed outside of the U.S.?
No.

Nothing wrong with WOFT if you're really sure you want to fly. I will say that the odds of you getting into Engineer branch against your will are very low: it's a pretty popular branch, so if you're stuck at the bottom of your class it's unlikely that it's engineer slots getting left over.

Neither of those platforms will be flown by any of the brainlets on Jow Forums, nevermind the especially dumb members in Jow Forums.

You remind me of the enlisted folks who talk about how they could totally be an officer if the requirement wasn't having an undergrad, the obvious reply being that they should go get their undergrad.

Thinking that you're entitled to wear a uniform despite there being clear-cut regs is the epitome of what is wrong with the country currently. Return to your safe safe immediately, plz.

Some facts right here.

Any Signal here? 25 series ?

Guys, how the fuck can I get Airborne without Airborne in my contract?
I did that stupid Ear pop at MEPS and "congratulations, youre qualified"
I ship in May

Attached: 1551661865957.jpg (2048x1364, 286K)

Uh huh

Attached: 20190324_143200.jpg (2501x3333, 3.66M)

You're more than likely not a pilot tho. Probably some irrelevant officer whose job is equally irrelevant.

Take another look at the uniform bud

Is that butter bar low sodium?

>Guys, how the fuck can I get Airborne without Airborne in my contract?
wut

Get assigned to an airborne unit. It should happen at AIT. Sometimes they will ask for volunteers, but at a minimum you can try to fill in all of your assignment preferences with airborne units. It's not a guarantee obviously.

Nice stolen valor you fake butterbar nigger

If I am serving as law enforcement currently and want to join the guard/reserves will I be accepted if I take prescription medicine? - Effexor , Klonopin and Testosterone

My AIT is in Gordon,so who should I go up to and ask for a slot? And yea my only option IS to volunteer :/ but what are the chances of actually getting in?
>tfw wanna get a RASP slot but low GT score and no airborne

>Effexor , Klonopin
If you want to join that bad don't even mention these

Attached: kek.png (360x346, 142K)

Just ask your cadre about it at some point. Obviously wait for an appropriate moment. Everyone wants to know where their first assignment will be so it will come up eventually.

Low sodium means low taste, no way dude.

Lol did your NCO secure liberty? Lighten up, Francis.

>Low sodium means low taste, no way dude.
heh
What are you going to be flying?

Right now trainer aircraft and in the future could be anything the Navy needs me to fly, fixed wing or rotary.

>navy
stupid cock sucker

Does anyone care for scaphoid screw fixation? I am 22 and 4 months post op for an internal fixation of my scaphoid. ROM is coming along wonderfully and doc/myself both feel i will be 100% eventually. I wanted to join a few years ago but broke my hand and wasn’t able to get it fixed for awhile. Now that I know my healing is excellent I want to try and prepare physically again. There is definitely no way to hide it, I have a good scar right on my wrist

someone's mad

Should've joined the Marine Corps instead so you at least get to kill shit and not be a Navy pussy

I'm not your absent father. Chimping out online won't help you get back at him.

>if you don't want to kill people you're a pussy
uh LMFAO ok autist

Bro203 here, taking any USMC questions for the next hour or so.

Attached: A651EFDF-1606-465F-A047-AE70E74E7CCB.jpg (700x700, 59K)

How does it feel to kill people (unlike the Navy faggot above)?

Does it really matter that much? They didn't care when I joined the police department.

Depends on how you do it. I like the drone strike option, personally.

Military has enough bad PR and behavioral issues. A PD is usually able to hide it.

>A PD is usually able to hide it
Nigga how? They got dash and bodycams + CCTVs and bystanders with phones everywhere to catch the slightest wrongdoing lmao, in the military if you fuck up they can hide that shit easy

What world do you live in? The military treats the slightest infractions with a scorched earth policy. While police give their officers every chance that they would give no one else.

There's a technician at my workplace that is working on his helicopter license, and he told me that getting in some flight time is not that difficult or overly expensive. I might give it a go just to be certain, but I do like operating vehicles in general.

What would be some bottom of the barrel assignments coming out of OCS?

How unpleasant is it to live near base or in a military town?

Attached: enlistedfags leave.jpg (900x506, 42K)

13F here if anyone has any questions.

Never said I wanted air force. I have a degree in aviation and a dispatch certification. Everyone just jumps to pilot because they see aviation. I'd rather do command and control or special tactics

What are the retard jobs in the USAF?

Services/Military police?

What about for officers? Comm?
