Do you live on a farm? You generally can't just shoot at shit inside city limits in most countries. What you can do though is just approach a group of them while they're drinking in a big puddle or something, wait for the sentry goose to come at you, and then fucking boot him in the sternum with some steel-toes. Doesn't matter if you're a leaf, burger, or taco, laws are basically the same as it's part of an international agreement.
