Apache is way too much maintenance in a hot and humid environment such as the south. A good Huey would be good as it could also carry the wounded or any politician that might need to go visit the provinces during elections.
If it is the gay ones in Manila then I'd say a Ka-52 with S-13 thermobaric rockets to mow those fucking faggots down.

One you can afford. I'd go with more Super Tucanos if it has to be air asset. If not some light armor like APC's or MRAP's, replacing those ancient Cadillac-Gage Commandos with something more modern might be a good idea.

CAN and designed to, are two different things. The Hind was never mean to spot hover for long periods of time and launch PGMs like the AH-64. It was always designed to fly high and strafe targets using rockets like a fixed wing and deploy troops and fly around again. The Hind and Apache are almost diametrically opposed helicopters. The Mi-28, and further Ka-52, is Russia's answer to a true attack helicopter

Your country can barely afford transport helicopters, much less attack helicopters. It's 2019 and your country are still stuck with old Hueys while the rest of the modern world are flying medium lift Crashhawks, Merlins or any slavshit equivalent.
Why not build a respectable fleet of MD500s or second hand Kiowa's? Even old AH-1s are still expensive and out of your price range. Forget the Mangusta, the T129 or even slavshit.
I wager your average Philippine soldier doesn't even have personal strobes/beacons and will be mistaken for jungle terrorists by accident. It's even worse if those terrorists end up with those strobes and night vision equipment from dead Flip soldiers.

Hind was designed for the big invasion of Europe scenario. It was supposed to carry infantry and provide CAS. It's not really a good attack helicopter and can barely hover.

KA-52 would be much more of a maintenence whore than the Apache. Any tank-killer helo would be overkill for popping Islandnigger terrorists.

I'd go with a Hind because passenger capacity. Sometimes you need to grab prisoners and intel. Sometimes you need to poke around a cave to see if there's anyone inside.
