Threaded my Type 99 for a suppressor. Gonna test it with subsonic handloads

How much did that K31 cost you?

get some RLO on that garand stock boy

K31s arent longer than nuggets my dude

How much does the GL piece go for?

It's a 96/11, actually.

$400 by the way/

What are some /msg/ levergats?
I feel like they're never talked about

50 or 60 bucks from numrich.

I love my No.4. She pretty

Local gun store I guess? The ones I've seen are around 650, but that's Cabelas for ya

Can you even call something this low effort bait? (You)

The old Henry's and Winchester 1873s off the top of my head

Nah, gun show, dude was charging 500 but I talked him down.

Is 875 a fair price for a mostly matching parts K98? It’s a BNZ 1943 with a strong bore

Mostly because militaries avoided lever guns, with a few notable exceptions, so there isn't much to talk about to begin with. And the ones that did get adopted, are fairly expensive. This cost me $2000 and is very cheap compared to others I've seen.

Any love for the 1903 in here?

Is it German?

That's a pretty good price. I'd like one of the two for an odd caliber gun. But I'm not willing to 650.

What parts are matching? What is the external condition? Pics?

>bnz 1943

I need to find a guy to repair my M1903's stock so I can shoot it without it splitting in half.

First gun i bought since leaving new jersey. Bought it cash from the back of a boomers pickup truck at a gas station in all of 5 minutes

50 or 60 bucks

>bnz
It could be a Yugo refurb, maybe that's what the user was trying to ask.

You in arizona nibber?

>just get my brazilian mauser 1908
>currently soaking the bolt parts in a shit ton of mineral spirits and trying to get the fucking screws out for the trigger group

this thing is smooth as fuck but it's caked in cosmoline. I don't think it's ever been fully disassembled.

does anyone have the discord link?

Discord is kill

I was wondering what happened, I thought I was kicked.

schmid rubins are my best shooters by far.

but i have a serious question:
whats the difference between 8x50r lebel and 8x51r lebel? are both save to shoot out of an 8mm lebel rifle?

>whats the difference between 8x50r lebel and 8x51r lebel?
As far as I know it's the exact same round but some manufacturers label it differently for whatever reason

Probably to prevent confusion with 8x50 Mannlicher.

Attached: 20180315_141544.jpg (3977x909, 3.12M)

thing is, ppu has both... why if its the same round?

Old PPU is 8x50, they changed to 51 on their new boxes for...... reasons. My guess is just to prevent confusion but who knows. Shoot them an email and ask.

Probably the same reason that 7.65x53mm Mauser is also called 7.65x54mm Mauser; the case length is actually 53.55mm so it depends on whether you round down or up. The 8mm Lebel case is 50.5mm.

Thinking about getting a Lee Enfield. Is there anything I need to look out for and what version is the best? Newfag when it comes to surplus rifles, more of a shotgun guy who wants a piece of history.

>what version is the best?
No.4 is the best for shooting, but No.1 has the best aesthetic.

Just repair it yourself then get it professionally refinished. The repairing part is easy, refinishing can be a bitch.

How expensive is the number 4? Are the number 2 and number 3 redivisions also good or do they have QC issues like some Nagant's do?

Is 425 a good price for a mint condition longbranch enfield?

*like most nagants do
They were made by the anglo-est of brits, not by half starved communists

Merely a matter of self opinion. Nice thing is, is that they are reasonably priced

Absolutely. That's a good buy.
