If this is true, the the high capacity magazine ban in CA (and potentially everywhere) is unconstitutional. Before you get your hopes up, I can't tell if this is real, and if it IS real, it will most likely be appealed to the ninth circuit, which we all know is liberal la-la-land.

The 9th is going to overturn it - if not on initial hearing, then on en banc. The 9th always shits on the 2nd when it goes en banc.
SCOTUS will probably not grant cert, and if they do Roberts will cuck out as he always does.
