Before I start I want to say I'm midly autistic. Does anyone have any dietary advice? It's hard for me to eat healthy because I don't know what to cook or ear and it seems like there is just too much food to learn and create a balanced diet with good variety. Also I just don't have the money for it either. So I usually end up eating the easiest thing I can find which is always full of sugar and calories. And I don't really get how counting calories work when not everything has a label. Anyone?

Assuming I get into the Australian Air Force after improving my asthma through couch to 5k, what would be a good career to pursue after basic if I want to maximise my chances of becoming a spook in the future?

bodybuilding.com/content/meal-plan-for-every-guy.html
not just for body building, but any active anabolic lifestyle

oatmeal + peanut butter
eggs
green vegetables
chicken breast and brown/white rice
water

>counting calories
just guess/look up on the internet for an estimate

I know this probably comes up alot but how invasive is a Secret level Clearance background check into your background? Do they just call your references and local police or do they actually do anything over the top?

...

Guessing you’re a lazy fatass because you were incapable of googling healthy meals, so I’ll spoonfeed it for you. Cut soda and high calorie drinks like foo foo coffee. You drink your coffee black now. Chicken, baked. Limit your sauce and condiment intake as they have lots of calories. Buy whole wheat bread products. Make sure your meals have more proteins and veggies than carbs. Avoid fried foods, especially fries. Did I mention to eat veggies?

You don’t really need to worry about counting calories unless you’re trying to get big. Just get a general idea of how many calories are in your meal to keep your serving sizes sane
>it’s cheaper to eat healthy you lazy fat fuck

Did you try googling it? They talk to your references. They’ll ask them for some more and likely ask you for some. They’ll have an interview with you to make sure that the answers you wrote down match up with what you and all your references say. They really don’t give a shit if you smoked weed or drank underage. They do care if you lie about it.

You have to provide semen samples so you have to jerk off in front of a team of FBI agents

hating this correspondence courses.

AMA

Why wouldn't you just get on the unclass and use it's shittiness to spam the next button on those courses to game the system so it thinks you completed it?

You'd probably want to work on changing your accent, because an Australian spy is going to be obvious as fuck.

Do African women really sell their bodies for skittles?

some aren't able to be gamed, on JKO atleast, i use ALMS at work and JKO at home I just play CSGO and slowly go through the 40 hour piece of shit.

Do they look up your internet habits?

probably, that's not my AOR though.

>don't have the money for it
Too lazy to read your post but if you're a fatass doesn't matter. Buy ingredients and don't be a lazy fuck. Make those ingredients your own to fit your new diet. Builds a life skill and teaches budgeting and nutrition, in addition to character you hoe. I love you. This shots for you and what you'll be in 5 years my man.

>*Insert any accent with a professional tone*
>Good day, mates. Let's crush some VB and glass some randy cunts before we steal these state secrets

Secret is literally nothing.

Oh for those ones I would make a private do on my account while we were on night shifts

I'm that private.

Oh RIP bud. Do they also make you physically run messages to their buds across the compound despite having email and phones, simply because it's hilarious? Because I used to love doing that.

Is chair force the only branch that treats it's junior enlisted like humans?

Attached: 1444337085531.png (1106x1012, 660K)

Nah, the most they do is counsel me for bullshit and make me do their bitch work like running checks, pulling weeds, and raking the CSM's grass for "fun". Kind of stupid, but I am tolerant enough to get past it.

We used to print out ID10-T forms and have the in processing privates run all across the compound and battalion to get signatures. Every person would make the privates do some dumb shit to get a signature. Of course, no private was ever able to fully complete the form because we put made up names on there too.

They treat airmen like dogshit too, don't get it twisted

That's just cruel.

I mean we would straight up bark at this one private. We would make him bark too. I don't really know why we were doing it but he was not a fan. Gotta get weird with it sometimes.

>Do African women really sell their bodies for skittles?
If it sex where they are not raped by a screaming subhuman, why not ?

Nice, you reenlisting?

Any info on 25 series? or anyone here a 25?
Is it obsolete? compared to 35 series?

Just wanna ask your guys opinion on something

If I've struggled somewhat with mental health (suicidal thoughts, just a general sense of unshakeable unhappiness) for pretty much my whole life, but have dealt with it, should I still consider the military?

I'd be going in as an officer and my biggest concern is being a liability/hindrance due to my mental weakness. I'm hoping that time in the military will help me with building character and purpose, so I want to know what you guys think.

Yes and no
Yes because
>Money
>benefits
>officer...MONEY
>assuming you research your MOS options and pick a fun mos or one that will get you good shit when you get out

No because
>You get treated like shit for the first few months....think your snowflake skin can handle that?
>Toxic environment
>Chances of meeting and being with people you dont like

Thats all I got

yeah, when I say depression shit I don't mean "Fuck my teacher was mean to me I may as well just kill myself", I mean just that I'm constantly bored and feel like I have no purpose in life, and just the dread of that acknowledgement puts me in a shitty place mentally

I think (Obviously never been in the circumstance) that I can deal with getting yelled at and treated like shit

Can I lie about extracurricular activities I did during my teens?
They aren’t gonna have records of if I ran high school track and field or baseball are they?

Going to BLC soon. I heard it's pretty gay now and you just gotta know the PT warmups and write gay papers

This, Top Secret is where your background gets probed and your friends get interviewed. Secret is literally “does this guy have a warrant out for his arrest? No, cool.”

>these are the kind of retards joining the military
why are you making it more complicated than it has to be? Literally who gives a fuck if you did sports or not

In the AF it’s more like initiation and traditions. New dudes get ambushed and have their heads shaved on TDY and deployment, drinking games. It’s frat shit.

I’m an officer and I feel that way sometimes. You will have more purpose when you have a unit. I have to watch out for several hundred people and billons of dollars worth of assets. You don’t get that much time to be bored.

I am somewhat in the same boat as you.
I CANT stand being bored and having no purpose in doing shit.It kills me in the inside man,the anxiety, bad memories just creep in when Im bored.
But im gonna suck it the fuck up and enlist,I picked a job that I dont know much about, but I will take the time to learn and do as much as I can, aswell as volunteering.I will even try to get into SOF,I will probably fail, but I will get to do cool ass training, and get a damn good workout.
Stay optimistic, set a very high goal even if you think you cant do it.I am a skinny athletically built fucking 130 pound shithead who wants the hardest training.
YOU can do it

>i will probably fail, but i will get to do cool ass training
you will washout before any of the "cool ass training" happens

The underage girls he's trying to hook up with.

Not with that attitude

>athletically built fucking 130 pound
lol what

eat a rainbow of veggies/fruits for best nutrient intake, easiest way to remember.

do this every day

Whats the best National Guard job with good balance of comfiness and some field time?

13F

I'd be down for Fister, but the nearest unit with an opening for that in my state is like 7 hours away regrettably.

Just went through a re-investigation after letting mine lapse for a few years. The only major hang up was debt because I got laid off. Took about 18 months, but was super easy.

Should you enlist before going officer, or is that just a meme?

I would not associate 13F with anything comfy but as far as a good mix of fieldwork and comfy would be medic. You can chill in a aid station all day.

>having to look at fucked up feet and do gay medical training is comfy
>chilling in a aid station is fieldwork
13F (light) fieldwork is half tagging along with the grunts and half camping out on a hill calling fire missions with no one to bother you(max comfy).

Camping in a hasty and not getting fucked with sounds max comfy

Last thread some user said 17c wasn't going through jcac anymore. What did you mean by that? I'm in right now (CTN student) and there are new army people coming in as far as I know

Someone on k being wrong? Color me surprised.

it truly is

Attached: doublerainbow.jpg (3932x2059, 1.74M)

When I went we still did land nav and ftx and it was still balls easy

>air force
>traditions
>only 70 years old
I think you mean the Army Air Corps

when did you go? I'm not worried about it being hard, just curious. I'd rather do field shit and leadership training than some gay academic stuff

>tfw you will never be ww2 army air corps pilot level aesthetic

Attached: armydress.jpg (130x251, 9K)

Shipping out Tuesday, should I really bother buying anything before I go? From what I understand they give you a sort of allowance at reception and you buy everting you need there.

is basic/boot camp fun?

not particularly at the moment, but when you're done and you think back on it, usually yes.

Just buy a cheap watch if you dont already have one

Don't have one actually, would just any cheap digital watch do?

Also my recruiter told me that all I really need to bring is two days worth of clothes, deodorant, ATM card, and a photo ID. Is there anything else I should pack?

nah you don't need much, you'll be in your civvies for your flight and like an hour when you get to reception and then you'll change.
the stuff I thought was fun was
>buddy/team live fire
>obstacle course/confidence course/team development course
>gas chamber
>m2
>random fun moments with your peers or DS
We had one night when a DS challenged us to this board game football thing where you roll dice to advance across the field, where if we won we got free time until lights out and if he won he would have to stand at attention until midnight, that was pretty fun, everyone was crowded around the kill zone in the cta cheering when we got ahead and booing when he got ahead.
Theres sucky dumb stuff too especially in the field or when someone messes up bad but overall it's the kind of stuff you look back and laugh about.

You forgot about the cheating wife back home.

>would just any cheap digital watch do?
Yes. You can buy a watch at basic but they are like $50 or some shit

No dude, its basically basic training lite. Same shit but treated more like adults.

If youre doing 25 series for computer shit, just go 35T, get your top secret, get all your certs and Associates DURING AIT, and have a better job title to use for resume purposes.

Jan 2017. For the record, it was still stupid easy. Total waste of a month. The "academic" stuff is trying to stay awake in a classroom while they talk about dumb shit that privates should know. The tests are all control F.

Ill keep it simple for you, cook a slab of salmon every night to divide into 3 meals every day, and cook scrambled eggs mixed with mayo, and a side of spinach straight from the bag. It will cost you 15 bucks per day for all 3 meals. And take a good multi as well.

What's a good MOS for someone that hates interacting with other people because they are incredibly bad at it?

Staying out of the military

>yet another high school tier question
sorry kid stick to fortnite

If you into army intel you'll be with your kind.

Intel is full of high level autism but we still have to interact with people. I hated public speaking but when I was in I had to brief officers nearly every day.

yeah that's why I asked, apparently BLC was redesigned or some shit? either way, not like it matters really. i just want that 3 weeks active pay
>tradoc.army.mil/Publications-and-Resources/Article-Display/Article/1746641/out-with-the-old-and-in-with-the-new-blc-is-foc/

how about growing up and getting out of your shell? the truth is someone with that kind of personality doesnt belong in the military, but I encourage you to try so that you can learn how to be a functioning human being and become a better version of yourself.

i dont think 34% interest is even legal... is this a real thing? are military faggots that financially illiterate? why do they not have any credit? did they not have a credit card in highschool?

pic unrelated

>but I encourage you to try so that you can learn how to be a functioning human being and become a better version of yourself.
That's only if he wants to change himself for better. I've seen too many guys with their heads up their asses thinking its the world that' wrong and not them, and that they have to act that way because it's how they've always been and my parents and bla bla bla. Really they just want attention. Like who the fuck asks a question like that in one of these threads?

you have to be 18 or older to post here

Attached: 15234234234324.jpg (497x576, 97K)

I'm sorry user, but that image doesn't work as well as the A-10 version

Can someone tell me which branch has a better cyber program between the AF/Navy/Army? I'd assume the AF or Navy is best right?

Can anyone here tell me what the average day of a CG intelligence specialist is like? thanks in advance

How can I become like one of these guys?

Attached: 15234234234.jpg (800x600, 65K)

0311

Yeah they cut a ton of shit out. Honestly thought they could do away with the whole thing and replace it with a 1 day class on writing counselings and memos. Do it like the Navy with PO indoc

He posted a picture of space marines, not janitors

well that's the closest thing hes going to get unless he lives to see the next 300 years

Does the military go through your phone bros

Only if they suspect that you look at cheese pizza

I know that booter in the OP image. His name is Adrien Roy. He's an AE2 at VP4, I think he PCSd or is going to Pensacola for instructor duty though.

Ok good, all I have is a bunch of Ricardo shit on my phone and wojaks. Should be good

Can I only eat chicken breast and rice or am I going to die? Been doing about 2lbs of chicken breast and 4 cups (uncooked) white rice every day for a little while. I am very poor.

Worst advice. You do realize you have to brief groups of people on the reports you spent hours working on in the basement.

Pretty much.

Why would you lie about that in the first place? It literally doesn't matter.

Just a meme, officers and enlisted have very different jobs, Just don't think you're Patton reincarnate and don't be a complete retard and you'll do fine as an officer, even with no prior enlisted experience.

IDK which has the best, but I'd certainly try to go AF just because they're the comfiest.
>t. prior service trying to go cyber warfare after college.

Will being a marine take my mind off all the teenage queens?

No. Unless you are pulling a trigger everything is pretty much high school -extended version-.
