I just got my first shotgun, Winchester SXP Buck/bird combo for $300. Comes with 2 28" barrels. How did I do?

I used to have an old Winchester 1300. It was great.
How does nuWinchester compare?

Curious of the same. OP please respond.

>Winchester SXP Buck/bird combo for $300. Comes with 2 28" barrels. How did I do?

The SXP's are made in Turkey, but it's still the Winchester 1200/1300 design. I have a 1970's Winchester 1200 that has been flawless since I've owned it. I saw a new SXP Defender at my lgs this morning for $239 with an 18" barrel I don't know why you'd need two 28"barrels, unless one has a choke, but that's still a Damn good price for a good shotgun.

Bought my first revolver for my birthday. Manurhin MR88 SX 3".

Noice. Euroland or US import?

US import. Guy I bought it from got it from Allan's Armoury by way of KebCo when it was imported a few months ago, then sold it at a loss since he never bothered shooting it. I'm in the process of importing a MR96 right now.

Fucking nice. I'd love to get a 4 or 6 inch manurhin.
Here's my new type 38 nagoya, 26th series.

Have to wait til pickup, excited to try. I hear they're nice but also have had some malfunctions

"Malfunction" or safety=slamfire mode?

One rifled for slugs, one smooth.

Just got this 45-70 for spring bear hunt in a few weeks. Did I do Okay or should I have just got a .300 win mag?

Attached: wm_3470637.jpg (4307x2068, 992K)

I don't know much about bear huntin but 45-70 leverguns are pretty neat

Ordered a Type 56 sks and a sxs 12ga by century known as a jw2000 for shits and giggles. Always wanted a coach gun after falling in love with my buddies break action I shot.
First time owning a shotgat or sks, so what should I expect? Both are Norincos.

Just got this in 20 guage.

>One rifled for slugs, one smooth.

For $300, I'd call that a total score. A rifled 12 ga. barrel has to be well over $100 by itself. If you can find an 18" barrel that fits, You'd have a sweet universal shotty set up.

A5? What year?

Shalom goyfriends.

It's a 1961.

I had one of those. Heavy, awkward, and no more accurate than a pistol. Real fussy with aftermarket mags. I sold it for the price paid after running a couple hundred rounds through it.

Nice, I'm in talks with Ken from Kebco for an MR73.

>It's a 1961.

Wow, appears to be in beautiful shape. Must have sat in a gun cabinet for decades. Set the friction rings correctly, and you'll love that bitch for years.

My problem solver. Added sandpaper grips.

got myself this big guy

>sandpaper grips.

After running a couple boxes through it, you'll tear up your dick with your shooting hand next fap session.

I'm not sure about its history but it does seem to be in excellent shape. I think I'm going to keep the friction ring setting to heavy loads. Seems to really eject spent shells.

Speed load/10

>Real fussy with aftermarket mags.

Nigga what were you doing? Surplus IDF mags are $8-10 each.

My dad had an A5 in 12 gauge. It was the softest shooting 12 ga. I ever fired. I imagine the 20 gauge would be extremely pleasant to shoot.

Does grandma know you're using her comforter for gun photos?

Looks like a weird GP100. Do they subcontract to Ruger or something?

there is absolutely nothing wrong with the design of my bedsheets

Attached: IMG_3603.jpg (2200x1467, 1M)

>Do they subcontract to Ruger or something?
Look up Manurhin, noguns newfag. They make some of the finest revolvers in the fucking world.

>Looks like a weird GP100. Do they subcontract to Ruger or something?
That's because it basically is a fancied-up GP100, or rather a Security Six. In the 80's Manurhin wanted to produce a gun for half the cost of their MR73s with all the durability, they contacted Ruger and Ruger began providing Security Six frames and cylinders and Manurhin put them together with the rest of the parts in-house. They aren't straight Security Six clones though, Ruger nixed the Security Six for some durability reasons and found some fixes to those issues. Manurhin also found the same issues when developing the MR88/F1 and fixed them in parallel but different ways. For instance the huge fuckoff locking surface on the crane was added where the Security Six lacked one entirely. Later on Manurhin would update the MR88 frames even more for max durability to an autistic fault with the MR93 and MR96 which both were flops, only 400 - 500 total of each being produced entirely.
No need to be rude.

Attached: 20190330_194307.jpg (1956x1466, 664K)

That particular style of Manhurin was developed from Ruger revolvers they built from parts kits in the past. It was supposed to be a cheaper alternative to the MR78 everyone loves but it didn't really catch one.

I got a Heritage Rough Rider for $100 the other day, they threw in the holster for free.

Just bought my first gun, 10/22.
Now that I hasgunz can we be frens?

I’m on the 10 day wait for a Glock 34, KelTec RDB-C, and a KelTec KSG now.

Attached: 16C4A1E9-B352-4200-9EEB-2AB2F20715AA.jpg (1080x1080, 449K)

To add, I'm not sure if Ruger still provides the frames or not anymore as the Security Six has been out of production for over 30 years now. I'm honestly interested in finding out. The MR88 did get adopted by a few agencies and counterterrorism units but it didn't see the same success as the MR73. That said, they're still in production whereas the improved MR93s and MR96s are not, probably because any agency that would be willing to adopt them already had a pile of MR73/88s.

>Heritage Rough Rider
"This model does not meet requirements for melting point laws"
It's a good buy as long as you don't actually shoot it.

>Just bought my first gun, 10/22.
Good choice. You can actually spend thousands on accessories, but you'll be far happier buying extended mags and bricks of ammo.

The recoil from it is not bad at all. I've definitely shot other 20 gauges that kick much worse than the a5. If I had to change one thing though, it would be changeable chokes.

Just pre ordered for $400. I can't find any details on the base shotgun, black aces tactical pro series semi auto shockwave. Anyone know what model it's based on?

Attached: FB_IMG_1554009001220.jpg (731x220, 14K)

Gonna try it out tomorrow, I can't wait

Attached: Smith and Wesson Model 60 3 in.jpg (750x1000, 367K)

Why are the Hillary Holes still being put on there?
>Not judging your purchase, is me

>I can't find any details on the base shotgun
It might be Mossberg. They had a deal with them on early models, but I'm unfamiliar with Mossy autoloaders, and don't recognize the action.

All I found was it's built in America, I'm hoping I can swap the birds head for grip and brace

>I'm hoping I can swap the birds head for grip and brace
You should be able to, as the original mag fed Black Aces were set up that way, but it would just be a question of what manufacturer build the receiver; if it's still Mossberg, you will have a shitton of options, I'd think.

Type 99 Arisaka. Mum is partially ground. Got it for 300 no tax. Next step is to buy reloading dies and brass. Luckily, loading data and bullet diameter is the same as 303 British, so I'm practically ready to shoot this thing.

Hell if I know. People give S&W more than their fair share of shit for it; Steyr pistols have internal locks and nobody flings shit over their pistols apart from the trapezoid sights. Yeah I know it has a political background but mechanically it makes no difference to me.

Steyr doesn't have half the brand recognition that S&W does.

I definitely got two 20-round AR-10 magazines, and two Magpul 27 round 9mm magazines today.

I live in California. I bought them at a local shop.

For the first time in my entire life, my rights were respected enough for me to buy standard capacity magazines.

Doesn't need a picture. I'm just really excited that things are going the way of freedom in this state.

>Doesn't need a picture

Last actual gun I bought was a P30SK over a year ago. What wrong with me bros

Love my stock 10/22. Put a 3-9x scope on it, perfect for plinking within 100 yards, new shooters and girls. Dont be the guy taking a new female friend to the indoor range at peak hours, where its loud af.

Outdoors on a nice day, play it smooth and you will be fellated.

Got a new trigger the other day. Hopefully it comes with a lil dillow dust for a weekend cookout

Attached: eb5d30b1ef5c1b626c8143be916ddb41.jpg (550x550, 55K)

It’s an endless reminder of how S&W bent the knee.
It’s not the Hillary hole or trigger lock itself.
It’s what it stands for.
Fuck those cucks. NuS&W can burn in Hell.

When did they start engraving the bolt?
Mine is blank

No clue. Picked up mine probably a month or two ago, but probably sat on the shelf for a while. Also just went to another LGS and all theirs were engraved that I saw. Idt the bolt is too expensive if you care about it that much. Is a nice detail though.

Excuse the sheets and the lack of barrel band, I assure you it's there now lol

I got mine maybe 15 years ago
It’s got a Fajen stock, Kidd internals, Fedderson barrel, 20MOA EGW rail, and a Mueller 8-32 side focus.
The best part is I hardly shoot it. I like my AR7 batter

Is this a scam? Lmao. The guy won't take more pictures, I've tried emailing him. A real winchester 1897 in that original condition is quite expensive...

Pre-ban k2. Unfortunately it's 1:12 twist, but it's whatever

Attached: 20190330_182939.jpg (3264x1836, 1.51M)

A pelican case for my UMP .45 clone, as well as an MP5 clone.

Attached: iNWH57S.jpg (1392x927, 229K)

Mine doesn’t have a barrel band. Does having one change anything?

How in Gods name would you ever shoot enough .22 to get that fucking thing to melt? Jesus you're fucking retarded

very nice. id like a k2 but only if i come across one, i m not actively looking for it. i just have to settle for my dr200

Picked up a rasheed a while back. Anxiously awaiting the arrival of the hakim I got to go with it

Attached: IMG_20190331_162213.jpg (960x712, 122K)

.300 WM would retain energy for further distances, but depending on terrain and foliage, it may not matter.

Some people say it doesnt really matter, some say the reciever might wobble a little unless the stock is designed without one. Look online, you can order an aftermarket w a 3 way rail or a sling mount pretty cheap

nu-Winchester is shit, QC went to hell on everything but their ammo

OP, be careful with that. I have one, as well as a buddy of mine. Both of us have had repeat issues with hang fires, and I believe that the model was recalled

>How in Gods name would you ever shoot enough .22 to get that fucking thing to melt?
I'd guess that you're a totally fucking ignorant cum drooling moron to not know what the "melting point laws" are. Pay attention, and ask your tard wrangler to explain anything you don't understand: Some states banned cheap Saturday Night Specials made out of zamak by enacting a ban on guns with parts that melt at 400°C. By comparison, aluminum melts at 660°C. Ignorant fuck.

I know what your point is. But go try to melt a heritage rough rider. Seriously, it's not going to melt buddy. That law is there to reduce the amount of cheap burners on the streets. Not because they're dangerous to the operator. If they were so shitty, everyone that owns one would have melted it by now. Youd have to fire ten thousand rounds of .22 nonstop to get that to melt. Its .22 if you didnt realize.
