sigh...it must be weird being a brainlet....implying you could circumvent the ATF and acquire silent piston rounds without paying for stamps implies that you would not be using typical market channels to acquire said ammo because no legit seller would risk their business to sell you shit under the table. So either you will locate the underground railroad of silent pistol ammo OR you will make it yourself.

I doubt they would go that far since I think the ammo is exclusive. Therefore they might require a stamp for the gun. But maybe not
