They can do transparencies, it's just that the site isn't able to show it. They will actually email you with the mock-ups and you can then make any requested changes there.
A thing to note with these is that though they are Gen3 Pmags, they seem to be ever so slightly larger than ordinary Gen3 pmags, so they sit rather tight in a mag well and do not drop free (Sig516). Works fine otherwise.
On my SCR, they do not insert on a closed bolt, and though they will insert with the bolt open, the bolt will get caught on the feed lips and not close. Ordinary pmags can insert on a closed bolt and will work ok in my SCR (some issues locking back), but the right feed lip will get a little chewed up at the back corner.

Also, I noted that some of their mags are dyed, then with logos printed on. Maybe that won't change the dimensions as much. You could probably ask about them doing that for you.
