Where from? Who has them in stock?

Yes! Is gun that doubles as boat anchor.

A business in leafland. They have them for $350 cad or $262 USD. Is that a decent price?

262 seems a tad high. I got one here in the states for just 180, but had to replace the firing pin after a while (200 rounds or so?). Expect occasional jams, but overall a solid gun in my opinion.

That’s a good price. Sweaty Ben sells them for 375 USD

If you like old guns, buy them sooner than later, as prices only go up.
The Beretta 92S's are really nice, too.

if you want a cheap 1911 type pistol yes but for what they cost now I would avoid them. expensive mag, replacement parts are not as plentiful as they used to be and no real after market. If I were you I would get another surplus pistol like LEO wonder 9

If you're into it absolutely. They shoot pretty well and are decently reliable if they're not beat to shit. Worse case you have a gun to hand to a family member or friend if shit goes really sideways and a fun range toy.

Nah, I bought one for $200 and liked the feel of its thinness, but it ultimately isn't that great, doesn't feed hollowpoints the best, expensive spare mags/no real replacement parts, and is a single stack 9mm in a full size package. No real reason to own it.

Who/where is Sweaty Ben? I hear him mentioned a lot but nobody has sauce

im going to get the bm next week(95 percent chance they'll still be available)

If the fucker ever gets any in. I signed up to be automatically notified if they get any in before Halloween and haven't heard shit. Did the same thing for the BM, even though I don't really want one. I'd really prefer a Super B or a P.

>Little did he know that the local Boomer just got his pension for the month and was about to buy every remaining Star BM

Classic Firearms. Pic very related.

yet people own mosins

wouldnt they eat up those berettas though?

They are.
They're pretty comfy in the hand, I have to say. Quite fond of mine.

I got one too. Ordered some OEM magazines from CDNN that listed 92S in the compatible models ("except old single-stack 92S") and the fuckers don't have the heel mag release cutout. I need to go buy some discs and bits for my Dremel to do it, since none of the lazy ass gunsmiths around me want to make $20 for 30 seconds of work.

I'm not too worried about having a ton of mags for it. It's really just a conversation piece and range toy.
Do they make any modern 92's with the rounded trigger guard, btw? I think that's the most aesthetic part of this particular model. It just feels classy.

Looks like the 92A1 is it.

A mosin is actually pretty damn fun to shoot, though. Along with not having the same parts issues and filling a completely different role in that it's still adequate in, as any other infantry rifle of the time.

My trigger guard has a divot missing where Officer Mario's holster rubbed it.

So is a Star tbqhwy, even if I do run into issues occasionally.

yeah but beretta still exists though and i'd rather have a new(er) model. this is kind of like Jow Forums fags buying an obsolete thinkpad, except an older handgun is still useful. instead of an old computer that someone busted all over i have a gun that busted people.
